Needed an urgent flat roof replacement. Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. On the day they turned up on time and completed the job same day. Highly professional, efficient and very much recommended.

From the initial contact to completion of the job, we found this company professional , reliable and trustworthy. On the first meeting we were told exactly what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Ours was a complex job that other traders could not comprehend or instil confidence in us. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The team was hard working and punctual producing a clean and tidy result. Nothing was too difficult, even when I asked for something to be done differently, making the job more complicated, they went out of their way to appease me and create, a perfect finish. We have another job that requires their expertise and have no hesitation in ringing them and recommending them. If only all tradesmen were like this!! Life would be simpler!

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Thanks to Tom and the team who has fitted my Skylight windows. I phoned up Tom in the same day and he came and took a look and gave me the quote straight away. The guys who did the Skylight windows did a great job, it only took them just a few hours to fit two Skylight. Would highly recommend, get it done quickly no messing about!

We just moved house and the roof had quite a few things that need fixing or replacing. Tom listened to what I requested and gave some useful advice, then sent over a reasonable quote with a break-down of the costs of the individual sub-jobs. We were kept updated with dates of scaffolding and work, which were as confirmed, and the work was all carried out in 3 days (change of soffits and fascias and gutters, repairing valleys, repointing chimneys, replacing chimney flashing, installing tile vents plus a few more minor things that were not evident until the valleys had been uncovered). The workmen were pleasant and tidy workers, answered questions I had, and Tom came round after the work was done to check on a couple of things and put up a cable that had come loose during the work. Reliable, reasonably priced and I feel confident that if there are any problems cropping up in the future TWF Roofing will come back and sort it out.

Tom and the team have been really amazing, attentive to my wife’s ever demanding needs, and the workmanship is truly excellent. We have had so many lovely comments on our roof, it completely transforms our house. We couldn’t be more pleased. We would highly recommend TWF Roofing.

TWF is honestly a great company to deal with. Following storm Darragh last weekend, we needed a roof repair, and we’re let down by someone else so I looked on google and saw the good reviews. I rang up and they got back to me within a couple of hours and actually did the job the next day, less than 24 hours of contacting them, and it was much less than other quotes we got. The roofers were very friendly and efficient, very quick and did a top class job which we were very pleased with. The whole experience of dealing with them was great and would highly recommend them. We live in a victorian terrace house that had damp in two rooms, this had previously been looked at by a big national company but the damp came back. Chris and his team travelled daily from Birmingham to Cheltenham always arrived on time and worked continuously throughout the day, they explained what would be happening each day and worked with us as we have a business from home. For such a messy job of removing the plaster, repairing and replastering with lime renovation plaster, they left the house as tidy as possible, and cleared each night. They dealt with all the challenges our house threw at them and completed a few little jobs like setting and pointing the coping stones on my garden wall while they were waiting for things to dry, without once wavering from the original quote. This was only done recently so I am awaiting the walls to dry for decorating, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team. Chris and his team did an excellent job bringing life back to a previously neglected property. They really take pride in their work and the house looks completely renewed. We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. We are delighted with our new conservatory roof. The workmen were polite and professional and took extra care not to damage the plants that were growing in close proximity to our conservatory. All of the old roof material was removed from the site and the conservatory and surrounding area completely cleared of any evidence that work had been done. The building inspector visited during and after installation and we have already received the certificate. The whole process from quote to completion was very efficient. Lovely company to deal with.
