Big thank you to Tom and his team for dealing with damp coming into the bedroom following the storm. Tom was was prompt on turn up to look at the problem. He explained all the work required and followed this with a detailed quotation. We agreed a date to suit and his team arrived and rebuilt the chimney stack, new flashing, rain gullies fitted and new roof tiles. Also he re felted the small section of flat roof while he was here. His team were very polite and friendly, they showed us photos all the way through the job. When they had finished did a great job of cleaning up. Tom kept us informed all the time - great job

Frisco is excellent at what he does! I had to call him out for a few jobs, he was always on time and I was always happy with the quality of the work/repair. Mark and team completed some work on a property I am looking after for an elderly relative who is in care. I couldnt be around when the work was done but Mark just turned up and got on with it. Work included chimney flashing and pointing, more pointing to a rear wall and work on a flat garage roof - even did some work on a second chimney that was only noticed once on the roof - no extra charge! Work was to a high standard and the price quoted was reasonable. An honest and trustworthy company that I will use again if required. Recommended....

I used BRS to retile my existing roof and tile my new extension roof. I am in the building/property industry myself so wanted someone who would work to a high standard. I got quotes from four different companies and BRS were not the cheapest, however Terry was professional and seemed knowledgeable, he was also recommended by a few other tradespeople that I know. They turned up on time and did the job to a high standard, a couple of minor issues were addressed promptly and without quibble. I have no hesitation in recommending BRS, plus his drone photos are very cool 😎

Terry did everything he said he would, he turned up to review the job and booked the job in exactly when he said he would. The team started yesterday on the flat-roof, at 7.30am and worked continuously, I've never seen anything like it, they finished this morning and it looks great. They cleaned up everything, in fact it looked better than it did when they started and they were all super polite and easy to work with. We'd contacted a lot of roofers before we got Best Roofing on board and dismissed most of them because they didn't list specifics in their quote and didn't give a 10 year guarantee, like Terry does. We can't afford to make mistakes so we were more than happy to engage a company that's Limited too, we know we have come-back and not just a mobile number. Been having ongoing problems with chimney stack water ingress. Dave gave honest advice and the most cost effective solution. Chimney stack was removed and the roof area felted and tiled to prevent further problems. Very skilled, trustworthy and his work and advice has really put my mind at rest. What’s also brilliant is that he films stages before and after and shows you the problems and the work he has done with commentary so you know exactly what he has done to remedy the situation.
