Dropped my c class with a bit of knockin on one side front wheel , within a couple hours they located the fault and was fixed the same day . Prices are affordable as well. Highly recommend this place and I will be back for any fixes needed in future.

Tommy was incredibly thorough and kept me posted throughout the process, fixed the issue and also did some preventative work to ensure the same thing doesn't happen again. I had my bmw 3 series steering rack replaced by them, took around ten days to locate the part and fit it. It was a difficult job but it got sorted by them professionally and is now all good. They even changed my dipped beam headlight for me for free before I drove it home. Overall great friendly professional service, happy and would recommend. It’s very difficult to trust a garage but I’ll be bringing my car here from now on.

I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

Top Notch... should have been using them before! I've always been a stickler for having my cars serviced and maintained by the main dealer, in this case BMW; and never really trusted any other independent garage. Today, I learnt I've been missing out. Thanks to Ellie (who is massively experienced in all things BMW), she convinced me to put my trust in her and Fitch Autos... They were amazing! Seamless, customer centric service - Ellie walked me through from the booking (which was all locked and loaded in 24 hours!), through the MOT results and Service - including providing a courtesy car. I have been using BHP for the last five years and every time the service has been exceptional. Recently, I called to have my car serviced and whilst they originally told me they were fully booked for the Saturday, they managed to squeeze me in last minute (because my MOT had expired). Cannot recommend these guys enough, brilliant service.

I used the valet services not the garage services. Got a mini valet done with a car wash and dry. Done very well and quickly; will definitely use the service again. The mini valet I had done included: - dashboard polish - seat wash and clean - interior vacuum - exterior and interior window cleaning - passenger and driver mat wash - air freshener This including a car wash and dry cost £15 He also gave me plastic seat covers to put over my seats so they don’t get dirty. Great service 👍🏽

I take all of my cars Van's and bikes here to have them washed..... the best service around, their attention to detail is amazing I have option 3 every time.... in my opinion it's the best option.... Best garage for MOT and repairs around West Midlands area, I have my car mot and repairs done here but you will need to book in advanced. I can’t fault them, Well recommended.

Great fellow mark, said how busy he was and cound't get the car in until thursday. But said if i get the radiator that needed replacing, let him know and he will see if he can do it sooner. Then got my car in on the tuesday. Worked later to get it done. Much appreciated his help. No surprise extra jobs needed doing. And an excellent price for the labour. Also easy to talk to and helpful. Will use there again without a shadow of a doubt. Good honest work.

Changed my rear springs and shocks, despite being much more difficult and taking much longer than expected, Mark stuck with the original quote and wouldn’t accept a drink. Will definitely be back, highly recommended. It’s refreshing to find good honest, tradespeople these days.

So, I phoned up to have my car serviced. All on the strength of the reviews I read. asked for a price and Mark did not give me a figure. He could not say, not sure, depends on parts ect. So, a little worried I dropped car round. Later picked car up and fearing the worse. Nothing to worry about. No disaster stories, service done at a reasonable price. Hard to trust people now days. Ready to trust this fella always. 10 out of 10

Never had anything but first class service from this garage. I've moved around over the years and used a few different garages, but stuck with these for 5/6 years now. Always polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly, I've never felt ripped off. Work is always done quickly and seems fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.

My first experience with this garage what can I say what a incredible service I was provided by them. After having a miss fire on my Ford Fiesta after the service work was completed at a MAIN DEALER!! earlier in the week and I was unable to get back there I popped in hoping they could help me the mechanic I spoke to was Ben and he was incredibly polite , attentive and very knowledgeable he managed to fix my car within seconds of opening the bonnet noticing a wire was left loose! Highly recommend JAB autos. My usual garage wasn't able to complete a job for me until a couple of weeks time, and needed the water pump doing asap. JAB kindly said they would take it in and see if they could it between jobs and hopefully have by end of week (rang on Tues) By end of Thursday, car was all ready to collect. I recently broke down unexpectedly with a flat battery. I managed to get to JAB and within an hour and a half a new battery had been ordered, arrived, fitted immediately and I was back on the road. Pleased with the work and general experience while my S4 had servicing and control arms replaced as well as a full mechanical inspection work. The work carried out is always top class and you are kept informed no surprises! The lads are genuine, personable petrol heads who do the work well in good time and at reasonable costs given make of car. I'll stick with them like a dentist when you find a good one you stick with them, good mechanics are few and far between. Top men👊🏼
