Popped into this branch as called AA & the patrolman recommended this long established company strongly. ABS sensor was faulty, it took just over a week to rectify this issue as, although not kept updated by staff, they were awaiting works approval before commencing further wiring issues related work. Afterwards I noticed an issue and initially they denied it could be their fault but eventually Kevin was absolutely fantastic and rectified the issue in full despite the procrastination. Overall they were very polite and straightforward so on this occasion I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to others and I have been to many automotive garages from the backstreet ones to the main dealer and these are right up there with the best. Keep up the good work and many thanks to Dan and especially Kevin to sorting out and believing me in relation to the wheel 🛞 nut issues.

Went to two garages prior they said fixed problem but was still there. Came to T performance and he lifted the bonnet and knew straight away the problem as the car was not fit to drive he sorted it ASAP and at a reasonable cost!!! So I actually won an MOT & Service at an auction which was kindly gifted by this company for a fundraiser. I know some companies to have taken advantage by 'fixing' additional costs to recoup revenue. But these guys were bang on from start to finish - with an early morning call to remind me of my appointment, to the welcome at reception right through to the MOT (passed!) & service. They even washed the car which wasnt on the itinerary! Shout out to MD Tim for his personal welcome and Brad for his work and professionalism. Will defo be back, thanks guys!

First visit to Ferdotti and I must say I felt very welcome, they treated me so kindly and allowed me to use their meeting room facility to log into the work laptop whilst they a looked at my car. The lovely lady on reception was beyond helpful and very polite. Ian who looked at the car had explained to me exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. Ian advised it will take a few hours to conduct the work and I was happy to wait for several hours which was not an issue. Highly recommend their first class service and If I knew this garage had existed some time ago of would of used their services over the existing years.

Had a pleasant experience with Ferdotti’s this week. Their customer service is exemplary, they were very helpful and professional throughout. They did their best to help me get back on the road as soon as possible despite being a very busy garage. But they got my car repaired quicker than expected! Brad was great at keeping me updated with repair along the way too. The day after the leaflet was posted through my door, my son and daughter in laws car went faulty. They were one week away from having their baby, not the best of timings! I contacted Best Mechanic and got an immediate response. He arrived next day to assess the car and gave me a full report. I arranged for the work to be done, plus another issue that they had not got resolved by another garage. He kept me informed whilst we were waiting for the parts and fixed it as soon as he could. Took my car here with a steering issue left my number and within half an hour had a phone call and was told what the problem was and was also told of other issues which these guys noticed which I was very grateful for.
