The day after the leaflet was posted through my door, my son and daughter in laws car went faulty. They were one week away from having their baby, not the best of timings! I contacted Best Mechanic and got an immediate response. He arrived next day to assess the car and gave me a full report. I arranged for the work to be done, plus another issue that they had not got resolved by another garage. He kept me informed whilst we were waiting for the parts and fixed it as soon as he could. My son was able to bring his son and wife home from the hospital. Many thanks, will definitely use you again when needed!

I called him Thursday afternoon, and he arrived within hours to diagnose the issue- confirming the alternator needed replacing. He ordered the part and fixed my car the next day in two hours! Very good, professional mobile mechanic. I had my rear break pads replaced intime for an MOT. Same day appointment was available and very competitive on price. Great find. They did a great job fitting a stainless steel exhaust to my old Mercedes Estate. The job was done on time and too budget. They also took time to show me the work that was undertaken and check I was happy. I think my old Merc’s might be going a bit more often!

Impressed from the beautiful lady at the reception who booked my car in for repair as the coolant was leaking, previously took elsewhere and they couldn’t figure where they leakage was from. Got this sorted with J.T. motors same day and reasonable price. Big thanks to reception lady who still went extra mile to make sure I got my car same day. There aren't the words to do justice to the gratitude I have for Scott and the team. Definitely would recommend. My car had an issue on Christmas Day, I called up and he answered the phone straight away. He talked me through all of the details and booked me in for today. Car was sorted straight away and even talked me through the issue and what went wrong. Very good price as well. Will definitely be going back!!!

Wow! 🤩 Amazing Experience! I visited Harborne Tyres when it was late and almost closing time, as I had an urgent issue with one of my tyres. Despite being minutes away from closing, the gentleman I spoke to was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to quickly check and sort out all my tyres, resolving the problem in no time.
