Excellent services. More than 5 stars. My toilet had leakage from one of the pipe, also my kitchen sink kept drippings. He responded quickly and helped me to fix the problems efficiently. He is so helpful, professional and also friendly. The price is reasonable also transparent. I definitely will ask him to help if there are any problems in the future and highly recommend him to my friends. He kept the areas clean and tidy, this is so impressed. I am luckily that I found Malcolm to help.

Having had a cat that has had problems for several years now and not been sorted out, I changed vets to here and have had such good care for my girlie with diagnostic tests explored and explained fully by the lovely committed vet Megan who spent time and effort trying to solve the issues my cat has and not just prescribing medications to mask the real cause for her discomfort and distress at times. I’m very happy and my cat is more relaxed here than she has ever been at a vets surgery before. She isn’t meowing on the way there in protest anymore and coming back hungry and happy after a consultation. Thank you Megan for being so attentive and caring. Much appreciated!!! An update is my cat has had further tests including a scan on her abdomen and X-rays which sadly have revealed a problem with her liver which unfortunately cannot be cured. I and my beautiful girlie have had support and compassion from the team including James. Very sad but thankful for a local vet that opens Saturday morning too as I had to go in for emergency medication. Would definitely recommend them.

The care and compassion that James, Kat, Sophie D, Sophie, JB, Hollie F, Sam, Freya, Louise, Sarah, Leigh and everyone else working within this practice is beyond anything I have ever experienced. (Those named are the people I dealt wirh personally). My cat Missy was a patient there for 2 years, starting with a full dental due to having calici virus, then her regular check ups and then her final months with Kidney Disease. Everyone rallied round to try and find solutions, treatments, anything to help. We were often at the practice twice a week. Unfortunately Missy became anaemic and there was no cure so we had to say goodbye to her in September last year. The staff were clearly upset too. During the 2 years that we were there, communication was always faultless whether it was a WhatsApp message, email or telephone call. There's nothing that I can fault and we will be back visiting soon with Princess Leia, our recent rescue. I really cannot recommend James Horner practice enough.

We recently changed our vets to James Horner for our young cavapoo Blue. It was a big decision for us to make but we needed help. What a wonderful vets they are, all the team from front of house reception, nursing staff and vets were lovely. It was a real breath of fresh air. Holly, the vet that looked after us and Blue was exceptional, kind, caring,compassionate and professional at the same time. She put us at our ease and listened to our concerns and made a real effort to get to know Blue. A real independent vets with the personal touch that is so important. We highly recommend James and his team. It is the small touches and details too that set this veterinarian practice apart.

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

We were very pleased with the service from Hancox Gas and Plumbing. They installed a new boiler for us and kindly moved the location, replacing old pipes (which resembled a level of Mario Bro’s) and simplified it. In a nutshell, very professional and well organised company who I would definitely use again.

Fantastic service, it was straight forward, very informative, the workers they sent out were efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They installed my new boiler in 1 day, it's been a week so far since the completion of the job, and I've had no issues so far. Another plus is that they cleaned up after themselves completely without leaving anything in my driveway/garden I would 100% reccomend

It's my first visit to this lovely restaurant. I don't have enough words to express how amazing this restaurant is. Right, the atmosphere is brilliant 👏, the place is so clean, Customer Service is a 5 star. The food quality is absolutely 💯 👌 😍 10 out of 10. We could not be more grateful for the care and service at Oakville dental. From the reception to the treatments everyone we meet is warm and welcoming and incredibly professional. I have had to have a couple of fillings and was very anxious about it, but Dr Rali quickly put me at ease and completed the treatment with precision and speed. I felt safe and was so relieved to walk out completely pain free. The same can be said for the whole family, there is no worrying about the upcoming dentist trip in our house anymore!

I have used Perry Plumbing on a number of occasions, and have always found then to be, helpful, friendly, and competitive in price. They do the job to a high standard. Used Perry Plumbing to change 3 radiators. My heating also stopped working at Christmas and they promptly came out to fix the problem. When they did this I asked them to do a boiler service which they completed a few days later. Service was prompt, professional and felt the value for money was correct Thank you

Immediately on arriving we were offered a drink, the bar was professional run by Sarah and our host was called Ellie. We had a set meal booked from 8pm and we relaxed in a the atmosphere that the bar area had to offer. It was very Christmasy and had a cosy feel to it. I wouldn’t change anything it’s perfect. We were called to be seated at 8pm and the food was 5 star quality. We even had a complementary drink and must say Ellie worked hard to ensure we didn’t need anything as it was no trouble. We enjoyed this place so much and will definitely go back again and again.

Cracking pint of Guinness in here at a reasonable price. Staff are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend visiting if you live local as these are independently owned and could probably do with local support as possible. Also a great spot for the Football.

What an amazing coffee shop. Located in the heart of AG. Long overdue. Definitely coming back to this coffee joint. Great customer service as well as being a fast one. Grabbed a cappuccino and Blue Lagoon Love the inside seating but opted to drink out since it was a nice sunny day. Clean and quality products Great value for money.

I just keep coming back for more! Have tried a number of different coffees from the menu and pleasantly surprised with the Baristas skills every time. Glad this place has opened in my local area, it adds a much needed bit of class and elegance to the AG town centre. Customer service second to none and the coffee and cakes have been perfection every time. Even better than Costa Coffee down the road.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I grabbed a tea to take home while watching the Tyson Fury fight, and it was absolutely perfect. The tea was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Even though I didn’t stay to enjoy the cozy atmosphere, the friendly service really stood out. By the way, Tyson Fury should have won that fight! Highly recommend this place for quality drinks and great service!

Highly recommend! Stefan did an amazing job replacing our old system boiler with a combi, including moving installation to the airing cupboard upstairs, all done in two days, with no fuss. And all at a very reasonable price - half of what British Gas quoted.

We've been using MH Plumbing and Heating for the past seven years, both in our old house and our current one, and they've been consistently brilliant. Martyn services our boiler annually and recently fitted our new kitchen mixer tap—my wife is absolutely thrilled with it! Martyn is exceptional at his job—he knows his trade inside out, is always polite, punctual, and thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. On top of that, he's got a great sense of humour, which makes even the more tedious plumbing jobs a bit more enjoyable! A big shoutout to Elaine as well—she's always professional, friendly, and accommodating when it comes to arranging appointments. I chose MH Heating Solutions because one of my neighbours recommended as they had already done some work at their home. I looked at their website and the reviews, and now that they have completed the work in my place, I can't agree more with the comments of other clients. My boiler was one with a water tank and boiler together and I had it replaced for just a combi, so they had to do a new installation. Stephan, Martyn and Charlie worked on the installation, and they were great. If I hadn't known that the work was going to be made and I had been out those days and coming home, I wouldn't have noticed that anyone had been at home, except that the heating was now working!!! Everything was perfect, super clean, tidy. The water pressure is really good now, heating is not noisy when it starts. So it has been a pleasure to have the work done by MH. I will give them a 5+ score as on top of that their price is very competitive.
