Have had a complete kitchen refit, only small and taken twice as long as it should but Switched-On were completely on the ball, very ready to jump in at each stage required, quite a few visits. I have had work completed by Paul and his team in the past, which is why I asked him to carry out the work again. I've had several, different areas of work needed doing in my house over a period of time, due to other works being carried out. Paul and team have fitted me in-between all the areas of work. Absolutely brilliant company and one I trust immensely. Wouldn't have anybody else to do my electrical work.

I would give 6 stars here if I could. We had cool white spotlights supplied and fitted and a few light fixtures put up, very nice work, so happy with how everything looks, what we paid and also how quickly the work was completed. Absolutely will not hesitate to use Tan in the future. It is such a relief to have found him.

Tanveer and his brother did a fabulous job installing an outdoor socket for me. The materials used were new and of high quality. They finished the job well and cleaned up after. Were also happy to answer any questions I had about the work. Would happily consider them for future work around the house.

We were so pleased with Andy and would recommend him to anyone. He did a complete rewire of an edwardian house, plus various other bits and pieces. He is the only tradesman I haven't had to chase and is such a good communicator. He is thoughtful and considers the people behind the project and is flexible to their needs. It was a pleasure dealing with Andy. From the time he came to give us a quote to the time the work was completed, Andy was nothing but professional, polite and friendly. He carried out the jobs I'd asked for quickly and efficiently, and upon finding some faults with the existing electrics he spent lots of time testing all of the sockets to identify the fault and ensure that the circuit was safe. He went above and beyond expectations and I would recommend him highly.

I've been looking for a reliable electrician for ages, and Andy came highly recommended by our painter and decorator. Andy is a true professional, very rare these days: he tells you what he's going to do and he turns up and does it when he says he will. He did a great job for us, explained everything and left the house clean and tidy. Oh, and he's amiable, friendly and polite too... So what more can I say? Highly recommended indeed...

Me and my hubby popped in for a coffee. Wow!!!! What a lovely place. We were very impressed they did greek frappe's so reminded us of Greece and the inside and outside garden area is so nice. It was recommended to us ro try it and we absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back,for food next time. A real hidden gem.

The best breakfast options. Economical and tatsy food will enough quantity. The staff is very attendive and kind. Fast aervices as well. Not crowded at the morning. You can enjoy the breakfast with peace of mind with a good vibe. You also get a classic feel while having food here. Had the Mini Marshel breakfast that was full for me.

So I was here 3 months ago, last time I was in Brum. This place is just fantastic, I'll go out of my way to come here. The sandwich is really nice as is the coffee, but really it's the uniqueness of it's decor and the friendless that you encounter every time you come in. I think the way the place and the staff welcome you rubs off the on the people visiting, I always end up having a chat with someone. I didn't even know the back room existed before this visit, lovely space with a wood burner... If only everything in life was this good!

My new favorite cafe! Got in a little late for breakfast but they still served it up, and it was brilliant! Every part of the breakfast was cooked perfectly, even the mushrooms which were crispy not soggy . Good ingredients, friendly owners and cosy decor (even has a log burner)! Music was on point too! Will definitely be visiting again!

They are prompt, reliable and trustworthy and are the only company I trust when dealing with my electrics and installing security products, they’ll make honest recommendations and come up with solutions to any issue the house can throw at them. Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Ross and the team were helpful, prompt, polite and on time. We had some outdoor lighting replaced/added to. From the quote visit to completion everything was done professionally and with a reasonable price. We are really pleased with the security lighting, and the two electricians who did the work were really polite and hard working. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a quality piece of work done by professional electricians. There may be “cheaper” quotes out there, but with electrics, I wouldn’t take chances personally. I asked Paul to check the wiring in my house after I was told by a different electrician that we would need a full rewire. Paul told us that we don’t need a rewire and that our electrics are absolutely fine. I’m so glad we checked with Paul as this would have been one very expensive mistake if not! He also didn’t charge us anything for the call out after seeing that nothing was wrong with the electrics. If we ever do have any problems we definitely know who to call now though. I have used Goodwill for several jobs at my home. Paul and his co-worker always arrive on time do an excellent job, they explain exactly what they were doing and make you feel safe and confident. From the initial visit from Craig the owner filling me with confidence I have been really pleased. I'd carefully searched for a local company with a long background in solar, instead of all these pop ups providing nothing more than installation and folding up every couple of years. Craig filled my requirements perfectly as an electrician of many years who's moved into PV over a long period of time. His quote was also very competitive with plenty of help and advice sorting out exactly what I wanted. His team of two Ryans and Nigel arrived and set about a clean, tidy, and very fast installation. This impressed me greatly. As a project engineer good planning always leads to a quality approach to a job, and these guys were exactly what I like in a supplier. Less than two days and I've got exactly what I asked for, for less than these pop up companies, and great experience all round renewing my faith in solar PV after cancelling a few over the last 10 years due to fine print clauses and such. And Rachael back at base is quick to help on any questions, queries, or paperwork. Brilliant experience all round and thoroughly recommended. Many thanks indeed 4 month update and despite the weather it's all performing better than expected, and thanks to the advice for moving over to Octopus I'm seeing a great return on export too especially now I've got the night rate setup and charging every other day if the batteries look low in bad weather. Even so I'm using half the energy I did last year because the system is topping up during the day so if it's a bright day I'm getting charge and a poor day I just do a top up between 2am and 5am at the low night rate. Can't begin to say how pleased I am with the setup. Thanks again

A very professional/customised installation by MES. Right from the point of making the first contact, Craig & his team were very professional in all their dealings. The solar panel, along with the bird guard installation & all the wiring was done neatly. Craig & the team were really accommodating when it came to the inverter & especially the battery placement as we had to experiment with few locations. All the paperwork arrived smoothly & swiftly (thanks Rachael). Very happy with the installation & would highly recommend. WK
