I used Aline Motors for the first time recently. I had a clutch kit and flywheel replaced in my Volvo XC60. Aline completed all the work I requested and even recorded a video of how the new parts were fitted. They kept me updated throughout the repair process. Popped into this branch as called AA & the patrolman recommended this long established company strongly. ABS sensor was faulty, it took just over a week to rectify this issue as, although not kept updated by staff, they were awaiting works approval before commencing further wiring issues related work. Afterwards I noticed an issue and initially they denied it could be their fault but eventually Kevin was absolutely fantastic and rectified the issue in full despite the procrastination. Overall they were very polite and straightforward so on this occasion I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to others and I have been to many automotive garages from the backstreet ones to the main dealer and these are right up there with the best. Keep up the good work and many thanks to Dan and especially Kevin to sorting out and believing me in relation to the wheel 🛞 nut issues.

The best experience I’ve had so far from a garage, the service level was better than dealerships. The guys know what they are talking about, the way they explain the diagnosis and prognosis in layman terms is unbelievable. It’s my second time using top techs, the first was a distressed visit with a broken exhaust. I went back for my service and MoT because of my first experience, and I wasn’t disappointed, they have fantastic knowledge. Are genuine and helpful and they do a great job for a fair price. Because of unusually light traffic, I arrived a fair bit earlier than my appointment time but was seen straight away. Both Bal on reception and her brother (apologies, I forgot his name) were very sociable and during the checks and testing, I was given a comprehensive explanation of the possible causes of the dropping coolant level. Should the problem require remedial work, I will have no hesitation in returning to Martek.

Fantastic first impression of this family run business. My son has been using them for a couple of years now for his Mercedes C63s. I thought I would try them after a bad experience with Audi main dealer. From first contact I was impressed with the friendly customer service from Bal. They had the flexibility to fit me in for a MOT as I had to go after work. Again very good customer service when i got there. Nice touch with good refreshment station. Will be using Martek for my next service and will avoid Audi ( ridiculous pricing and very poor flexibilty to fit you in and changed the price half way through the job, not for extra work but for same job, don't want to talk any more about Audi Listers). Hope to continue my custom with Martek. Kerp up the good work. 😊

Had problem with wheel making noise, owner diagnosed the problem over the phone and repaired the problem promptly. My brother’s and I been using Martek for over 10 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for MOT or any other problems if any should occur. Bal is very polite and sends out MOT reminder and notifies us when car is ready for collection. Thank you guys for everything
