MOT with them last year, passed after three bulbs were replaced £14 and passed again today with no additional costs. Wear a big jumper if you are waiting but they have comfy sofas and very clean toilets! Normal, nice mechanics too 😚

First time going here for my MOT and can say they are the best garage I have dealt with! Didn’t have to chase them like I have had to do with other garages in the past. They called me to let me know things that needed doing and told me the price straight away (price was the same as what they had told me so no surprises when it came to paying!) Really friendly staff and great service. Will 100% be going here in the future if needed.

I started using Dorridge Autos after being fed up with being ripped of by major garages and having to wait weeks for an appointment. What a find!!!!. Extremely pleasant service, extremely efficient service. I have total confidence it their workmanship and am delighted with the amounts charged. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from the team at Dorridge Autos today. My car battery died at home this morning and I tried some jump leads to no avail. I popped down to see the guys at Dorridge Autos and they said that there mobile mechanic would stop by later in the day to take a look. I got a few hours later to say that he'd be on his way in 15 mins and when he arrived he put the fast charger on and got the car started. I popped down to the shop and the guys tested the battery and confirmed it was flat. Ten minutes later, I had a new battery fitted and a quick electrical test was performed to ensure it was charging. The guys couldn't have been more helpful! Great store and genuine people. Thank you so much 😊

I've been using Paul at Arden Bridge Services for well over 10years. During this time he has looked after 3 Subaru Imprezas for me. Mainly MOTs and services but also some aftermarket modifications.I trust him and his team 100%. You can always get a courtesy car to use for a day or two which makes things very easy. I have always been extremely happy with the quality of the work and the prices are reasonable. They do all Makes and models but if you are in need of a trustworthy independent Subaru specialist you can not go far wrong.

I've been using Arden Bridge for years now, Paul and his team really go above and beyond. They've tracked down used and hard to find parts for a rattly old imported Impreza STI and routinely fixed issues that I'd assumed were going to require expensive replacement parts with nothing but a few hours of labour. I cannot recommend them more, they're far and away the best garage I've ever used.

Andrew W was a very patient and understanding salesperson. Andy spend a long time with me and my Mum to discuss needs and requirements. I’ve really appreciated the experience with Andy. The only issue is there is no parking. You’ll always block someone or feel like you’re about to hit into someone or something, KIA need to invest in more customer car parking space. My goto garage of choice. For the last ten years I have taken my Toyota there to be taken care of. Every visit I am always happy with the quality of work, impressed by the staff who treat me well and not once have I ever felt the prices were unfair. I've just had a tricky to diagnose issue (I had no clue), they found it, fixed it, charged a great price and were super accomodating making sure I was able to collect it despite my tricky schedule. Absolutely fabulous.

In general fine for a first service . Some confusion over times however . I booked a 10.00am -2.00pm slot however the day before the service was due i was contacted by the dealership and they advised me the slot was 08.00am -1.00pm. After we discussed this it was acknowledged that the booking was indeed 10.00-2.00pm however upon arrival at reception they again stated that they had been expecting me at 08.00am despite the resolution agreed on the call the say before . So perhaps its a case of staff members not talking to one another or systems not being updated accurately
