Excellent Service - Highly Recommend! -We had a bedbug problem, and Rob from Special Pest Services was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Having rats enter my garage via a wooden door I called Rob at Special Pest Services. Rob attended quickly. It is clear Rob is passionate about his job. I really cannot recommend Rob and SPS enough. He dealt with the issue we had in the loft. A squirrel that decided to move in. Persistent, efficient and sorted asap. Rob is also a really nice guy, who lightened the mood and provided reassurance and future prevention. I’m forever grateful and thankful. I’ll never delete Rob’s number, he would be the first person we call in the future if any issues.

We had a problem with what we thought was a dormant old wasps nest in the attic. On arrival the operative - seemed nice chap, smiling despite the concern on my face went to the location and quickly determined it was dormant or old but said he would remove it for no charge :-) On doing so he then discovered a live nest in the eaves I had not spotted and removed that successfully. Very professional and efficient - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him/them Robert Bird Station Rd Dorridge

Excellent service, came out same day to treat the nest and it was removed within a couple of days. Value for money and due to the location of the nest, the ceiling plaster had to be cut to gain access, left the area clean. Thanks Raks

Would give TLC pest control 10 stars if I could! We were at our wits end and have had many different pest control companies out over the last couple of years but they never delved deep into the problem and only gave short term solutions which never eradicated the pests. Locky was absolutely fantastic. From the initial phone call we knew he was very professional and knowledgeable and attended our property promptly. He was very thorough and did a full walk around of the house and garden, quickly identifying the problem and the pests’ points of entry. He advised us what we needed to do to prevent this and how to effectively deal with the problem. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and we’re now confident the problem can be eradicated.

From start to finish, Locky from TLC Pest Control was very professional and reassuring when called out to deal with a large nest of angry wasps, in a neighbouring hedge. Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. What a fantastic friendly chap. Juan's professionalism on behalf of Huntsman Pest Control was exemplary! He was completely thorough in tackling the mice infestation at my property and closed access points where the mice were getting in. He has a friendly demeanour and very respectful. He is a credit to Huntsman. I recommend Huntsman extremely highly and although I hope not to have to, if any future pest problems occur I will use their services.

I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out. Thank you Richard, I would certainly use you again and would encourage you to ask more customers to provide reviews.

Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.
