In line with the previous review I find Solihull PROKILL's service to be extremely reliable and always conducted to an exceptional level. I am yet to encounter any issues contacting the guys regarding reoccurring and ad hoc matters and they were even able to facilitate an emergency call out within 30 minutes of my initial contact. A very comprehensive service and highly recommended!

Upon calling Prokill they were very quick in responding to my dilemma & were straight out to access our pest problem. It turned out we had carpet beetles something I had not heard of before. They are very reasonably priced & professional. Would highly recommend & use their services again when needed.

Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.
