Gary is a consummate professional and a salt of the earth kind of guy. Many other pest companies we spoke to were very happy to take our money first and ask questions later. This was not the case with Gary. He made tremendous efforts to ensure he understood our needs before advising us on the correct course of action. We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. He gave some really great advice and peace of mind. Touch wood, we've not had any more visitations from the pests. We would not hesitate to use Pied Piper again and couldn't recommend them enough. If only all companies had the same ethic. Very impressed.

We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Excellent service from the very first telephone call. Helpful staff who dealt with the issue in a safe and professional manner. They responded to me quickly and got a member of their team to come out and see me the very same day. Would recommend these guys 100%. Had a problem with red ants and other insects entering into the house from the back garden. Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional. When I called on a Sunday morning very anxious and needing advice and a second opinion they came and visited my house within an hour of the call, did a thorough inspection and provided helpful advice and information. On finding no evidence of the suspected pest they have arranged to put down diagnostic traps for extra reassurance.
