Obviously, and importantly they got rid of the problem I called them out for, had a cluster fly problem, and turned out there was a nest also in the attic. We woke up one Friday morning to a significant amount of maggots all over our downstairs toilet and kitchen, that literally appeared overnight. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts contacting "sponsored" pest management services, we contacted Dan and Jim at Infinite Pest Management for help. Straight away, they were very honest and incredibly helpful (all before 8am), even offering a discount to come and survey as they were concerned they may not be able to help and didn't want to overcharge. They arrived after a really big job, around 7:30pm on a Friday night and were able to quickly diagnose the problem, where our outlet pipe benching had failed, seemingly giving access to a rat that had got stuck and died in our cavity wall pipes. Dan and Jim's advice and understanding was kind, patient and incredibly useful from the get go, and their advice has helped us with getting our water company to fix the issue that caused these problems, with them even agreeing to refund the entire cost of the plan! A pest control plan was agreed given the free access the rats had, which Dan was almost reluctant to offer due to the (understandable!) pricing, but this was absolutely the right decision. Jim has came to our house every two weeks since then to lay traps and bait, which has worked after removing a dead rat from the loft a couple of weeks' back. We cannot recommend these two guys more. Regular check in messages to see how things are going, as well as being on hand when we were concerned, well outside of "normal" working hours proves how much they want to go above and beyond, providing a brilliant, reassuring service that was worth every penny. We would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest issue. Thank you both!

These guys are absolutely amazing. We had an unwelcome rat problem caused from the empty's house next door to us. Daniel and James are so professional and put my mind at rest straight away with their knowledge and understanding that the problem could be dealt with and true to their word we are now rat free. Great service received. From the very start Dan Corp was extremely helpful and fast to respond to any queries. He contacted our tenants and arranged appointments and talked them through the treatments required. We will be using them again in the future! In line with the previous review I find Solihull PROKILL's service to be extremely reliable and always conducted to an exceptional level. I am yet to encounter any issues contacting the guys regarding reoccurring and ad hoc matters and they were even able to facilitate an emergency call out within 30 minutes of my initial contact. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.

Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional. We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

Contacted Martin via his website, about removing an underground wasps nest in the garden, within 5 minutes he'd replied saying he could pop round the same afternoon. 45 minutes later he arrived as arranged, took a quick look and got to work. Within 15 minutes there was a hole in the ground and no more wasps or nest :) Martin was professional and friendly throughout, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Many thanks!

I can’t recommend this company enough. Martin has, and continues to be the most reliable and helpful person. There is no job to big or small and he will always be at the end of the phone if in need. I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out. Thank you Richard, I would certainly use you again and would encourage you to ask more customers to provide reviews.

Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Juan's professionalism on behalf of Huntsman Pest Control was exemplary! He was completely thorough in tackling the mice infestation at my property and closed access points where the mice were getting in. He has a friendly demeanour and very respectful. Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾
