Wayne and Sarah closely work with myself for our office and there skills, communication and ability is great! They are approachable with any issue and are always willing to talk and discuss options. They have a great attitude's with standards and legalities and would prefer to give someone the correct standards for the correct pricing than be like other companies which only do bare minimum and with high costs such as others well known companies. I would highly recommend pest master to anyone at all!

We woke up one Friday morning to a significant amount of maggots all over our downstairs toilet and kitchen, that literally appeared overnight. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts contacting "sponsored" pest management services, we contacted Dan and Jim at Infinite Pest Management for help. Straight away, they were very honest and incredibly helpful (all before 8am), even offering a discount to come and survey as they were concerned they may not be able to help and didn't want to overcharge. They arrived after a really big job, around 7:30pm on a Friday night and were able to quickly diagnose the problem, where our outlet pipe benching had failed, seemingly giving access to a rat that had got stuck and died in our cavity wall pipes. Dan and Jim's advice and understanding was kind, patient and incredibly useful from the get go, and their advice has helped us with getting our water company to fix the issue that caused these problems, with them even agreeing to refund the entire cost of the plan! A pest control plan was agreed given the free access the rats had, which Dan was almost reluctant to offer due to the (understandable!) pricing, but this was absolutely the right decision. Jim has came to our house every two weeks since then to lay traps and bait, which has worked after removing a dead rat from the loft a couple of weeks' back. We cannot recommend these two guys more. Regular check in messages to see how things are going, as well as being on hand when we were concerned, well outside of "normal" working hours proves how much they want to go above and beyond, providing a brilliant, reassuring service that was worth every penny. We would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest issue. Thank you both!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Stop that Pest. I had an issue with a wasps nest outside my children's bedroom window which was causing serious issues. Craig was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained the process and education every step of the way so that I knew exactly what was going on. He also investigated the attic and found another wasps nest which he was able to remove manually. I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits.
