Excellent local business! It's great to have this kind of service right on your doorstep. Our call was answered straight away and we had somebody at our door within hours. A friendly reasuring service with staff who have years of experience and show respect to you and your home at a time of great anxiety. Our 'unwanted visitors' were dealt with immediately! Brilliant service, lovely people, wouldnt hesitate to rate as 5 star.

I don't normally write reviews but I can't praise Malpass Pest Control enough. I got through on the phone easily - spoke to a person and not a machine! Came out the same day despite being very busy. On time and very helpful and polite. Reasonable price as well. Hopefully won't need pest control again but if I do will definitely use Malpass.

I absolutely cannot recommend Malpass Pest Solutions enough. We had an issue with a wasps nest forming in the crevice of our lean to roof over the kitchen window. Called Pat on Sunday morning and he was able to come out to us the following day (after I returned home from work too). Not only was this extremely quick and accommodating but Pat was by far one of the the nicest gentleman and tradesman I’ve met. He absolutely treats his customers the way you’d want your parents to be treated by a tradesman. He clearly is an absolute mastermind of his trade and is extremely methodical with explaining the process start to finish, as well as providing insight into the issue itself. Despite having a huge phobia of wasps, I felt at ease with Pat. Should I ever require his services in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him. Thank you, Pat!

Great service from Pat at Malpass. We had a wasps nest above our front door. Pat was round a couple of hours after I contacted him and did the job quickly and effectively. Pat was lovely to have around and took a keen interest in what we, as a family, were up to with the rest of our site renovations; and gave my daughter a great overview lesson in the process he was going through and also wider info on bees and wasps which she found interesting and educational. If we have anything in the future, we'll be calling Malpass for sure!

Absolutely brilliant service. Sorted out the squirrel problem I had in my loft. Matt went above and beyond my expectations and sorted the problem out with a very professional and also personal approach. Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

I contacted Neil and his team in desperation after months of issues with rodents in my loft and other companies unable to eradicate the issue. Neil, Sue and the team have been wonderful they put a plan in place, did necessary repairs to my roof, even came out at 9pm on a Sunday evening (and didn’t charge the earth)! I can’t thank them all enough and would recommend them 100 times over I am forever grateful ☺️

What a great service Neil provides. Contacted Killverm 7.30pm Saturday night due to a Rat coming through the floor under our cupboards. Neil was out within the hour to investigate and set traps. Returned promptly Sunday morning close off the access as needed. Highly Recommend and very reasonably priced.

Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.

Juan's professionalism on behalf of Huntsman Pest Control was exemplary! He was completely thorough in tackling the mice infestation at my property and closed access points where the mice were getting in. He has a friendly demeanour and very respectful. He is a credit to Huntsman. I recommend Huntsman extremely highly and although I hope not to have to, if any future pest problems occur I will use their services.

I live in Codsall had so much Wasps around the house and mostly the kitchen got worsen everyday. Anti-Pest Prevention came once then twice , still no hope. Because unclear picture as to where these Wasps were coming from. However, Anti Pest Prevention did not give up. Thirdly time lucky they managed to find where the Queen nest has been held. May I say” I do admire these gentlemen for their dedication , integrity , hardworking and respect towards customers . Every-time their came in with a smile and willingness to help .
