Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! Was able to completely remove the nest & remove the debris safely. Very very impressed with this service would 100% recommended & 100% use again

I had a wasp issue in my walls. These guys were great. Very friendly, explained what they would be doing, and any costs involved. They were running late, but called to update me. When they arrived, they got straight to work, and got rid of the wasps immediately. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service I had a problem with rats in my workshop and was concerned about the damage they mite be causing as I had found some chewed wires , we called swat pest control after a friend recommended them to me. They came out for free and told me how they would treat the infestation and showed me exactly why we had a rat problem and where it was coming from . Following a surveyors report highlighting a woodworm infestation, we contacted S.W.A.T pest control. Jeff came the next day and inspected the loft and confirmed the infestation, he explained the best form of treatment required in a way that was clear to understand. We arranged a suitable date to carry out the work required as discussed. Jeff & his colleague arrived at the time & date agreed. They carried out the work professionally, they respected our property and left the area clean & tidy. What a guy!! You cannot fault JR Hudson services. I phoned on Sunday afternoon, suspecting a bees nest in the enclosed roof of my porch and after an initial visit, the solution to remove the bees was thoroughly thought out, to ensure the bees were protected (they now have a nice, new home!). Not only that, my roof was put back to how it was before. Great, friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

Had solar panels fitted earlier this year by Amelio Solar Energy. They omitted to inform me that pigeons love to shelter and nest under the panels which could obviously cause all sorts of problems. If they had told me what I had to look forward to, I would have paid extra and had the barrier mesh fitted at the time of installation. The pigeons duly arrived, getting under panels, attempting to build their nests and fighting under the panels😡. Now, all sorted. Jez Hudson arrived, on time, this morning and now job done. Neat, tidy and a good price. Goodbye pigeons.

Answered the phone immediately and was at the property within 20 minutes. £75 seemed reasonable for tackling the removal of an "8 Wasps nest, a problem i wouldn't have wanted to touch with a 10ft bargepole! The chap (Jez i assume) was friendly and efficient once here and it was a pleasure dealing with him. 10/10 - would call again.

As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. We have a maintenance contract with them and they keep an eye on everything for us.

Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. We will definitely call on Andy again if further pest control work is required.

I thought I had a wasps nest so called PESTCOTEK last night around 7.30pm. Andy said he would be with me the next morning to have a look and give me a quote. He was true to his word and very quickly identified that my 'wasps' were in fact honey bees and explained very knowledgeably that the swarm I had witnessed was the worker bees protecting the vulnerable queen bee as she relocated. Who knew? 🙂 He said that the stragglers should disperse in the next few days but if I had any problems to call him. He could easily have told me anything, taken my money and I would have believed him. A genuine and smart guy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Andy
