Fantastic service I had a problem with rats in my workshop and was concerned about the damage they mite be causing as I had found some chewed wires , we called swat pest control after a friend recommended them to me. They came out for free and told me how they would treat the infestation and showed me exactly why we had a rat problem and where it was coming from . Following a surveyors report highlighting a woodworm infestation, we contacted S.W.A.T pest control. Jeff came the next day and inspected the loft and confirmed the infestation, he explained the best form of treatment required in a way that was clear to understand. We arranged a suitable date to carry out the work required as discussed. Jeff & his colleague arrived at the time & date agreed. They carried out the work professionally, they respected our property and left the area clean & tidy. We found Jeff to be polite and knowledgeable and would not hesitate to recommend S.W.A.T to anyone.

Since moving into a new property which had been left in a dilapidated state a year ago Clive has become our go-to for anything pest related. Consistently punctual, reliable and honest, thus far he's clear up our issues with mice, birds, wasps, flies and bugs. In addition to the regular visits and responding quickly to any queries we've had he has also offered up advice on how best to approach anything we've found even if it's not to his benefit. If you need anything pest-related dealt with we really couldn't recommend Clive enough.

Despite it being Easter Sunday, Clive responded promptly to my email query regarding a wasp problem & offered to come out the following day (a bank holiday). Great customer service and friendly in his approach. He arrived on time and dealt with the issue in a professional & efficient manner. Great service at a very reasonable price.

I called Clive as I thought we had a minor issue. He visited promptly and was professional throughout. After inspection, Clive didn’t feel the need to deal with the problem as it was very minor and advised us on what to do, and saved us money in the long run. Very professional and honest! Rang up looking to get a wasps nest removed some time in the week and they arrived at the property 30 minutes later! Talk about speedy service! The guy was very friendly and quickly attended to the problem and for a fair price too. Highly recommend 👍🏻

What a guy!! You cannot fault JR Hudson services. I phoned on Sunday afternoon, suspecting a bees nest in the enclosed roof of my porch and after an initial visit, the solution to remove the bees was thoroughly thought out, to ensure the bees were protected (they now have a nice, new home!). Not only that, my roof was put back to how it was before. Great, friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

Answered the phone immediately and was at the property within 20 minutes. £75 seemed reasonable for tackling the removal of an "8 Wasps nest, a problem i wouldn't have wanted to touch with a 10ft bargepole! The chap (Jez i assume) was friendly and efficient once here and it was a pleasure dealing with him. 10/10 - would call again.

I had Pest Detective in a few days ago to sort out my problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. The pigeons were really getting to be a problem with their incessant "cooing" and messing, on the roof and over the roofs edge onto my driveway - gross! Andy's team were very professional, arrived when they said they would, set up their "working at height" safety system, and got to work. They evicted birds that were under the panels, removed nesting materials, and secured the whole area with a strong wire mesh to keep birds out in the future. To finish the job, they also cleared out general muck and pigeon droppings from the guttering - awful to think that that had been festering up there for several months! Overall, I was very impressed with Andy and his team at Pest Detective, and my thanks to them for solving what was getting to be a rather unpleasant problem quickly and efficiently.

I requested a quote for pigeon proofing my solar panels and my mum’s. Quotes came back promptly, at an acceptable price. Excellent communication from Andy at all times. Andy removed many pigeons from under my solar panels and added a mesh to stop them returning. He did a great job all round, cleaning up behind them, cleaning the decking of pigeon poo and the conservatory roof. Highly recommended and I would use again if I have another wildlife infestation!

Andy has netted my solar panels and removed the pigeons from nesting underneath. We discovered a wasps nest in our loft on a Sunday and a freind found Ian’s website so we messaged him expecting a reply during the week. Ian replied instantly, in short order was on the phone and arranged to come the next day - Ian arrived exactly as he said he would, told us what he would do before starting his work, and proceeded immediately. I can't thank Ian enough from his prompt response to my WhatsApp message and the initial survey of our property and then coming up with a plan of action. Within an couple of hours he had already trapped one of our "none paying lodgers" So after several months now of camera monitoring by Ian and trapping we can sleep easy without the scratching noises from above. Mark came today to deal with a wasps nest under a fascia board. He was efficient, knowledgable and friendly. I would happily recommend Mark and will use him again for any further pest problems.

Top top bloke he came around to my flat very efficient and knew his stuff. The issues was fleas and I thought it was spring tails so he sorted the issue for me. I have reptiles and he made sure they was safe before he sprayed. Imo I would advise anyone to use this company Thank You

I am not one to write reviews at all, but the customer service from Mark was absolutely excellent. After dealing with the issue of the wasps nest we had in the roof he spent a good deal of time talking to us about other options. Mark clearly knows his stuff and was really helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to see an expert in the field who cares about what they do.

Mark was great. excellent communication beforehand, When he got here, he explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how the wasps would react to the powder. Now 4 days after and the wasps have not been back. What more can you ask for. Would definitely use him again if I needed his services again.
