Would 100% recommend Paul.....very helpful and understanding when enquiring about a swarm of bees that paid us a visit. He took the time to contact a local bee keeper on our behalf and they were collected within the same afternoon...and on a Sunday too! We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

What a guy!! You cannot fault JR Hudson services. I phoned on Sunday afternoon, suspecting a bees nest in the enclosed roof of my porch and after an initial visit, the solution to remove the bees was thoroughly thought out, to ensure the bees were protected (they now have a nice, new home!). Not only that, my roof was put back to how it was before. Great, friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

Answered the phone immediately and was at the property within 20 minutes. £75 seemed reasonable for tackling the removal of an "8 Wasps nest, a problem i wouldn't have wanted to touch with a 10ft bargepole! The chap (Jez i assume) was friendly and efficient once here and it was a pleasure dealing with him. 10/10 - would call again.

We had a large brown rat who had obviously been on a Pest Controller Avoidance class and aced it! Various extermination methods were used over a period of 2 weeks (to no avail). Our rat even dug under a metal trap!! Eventually Lee's guile, cunning and persistence won out (we were rooting for the rat by now but with young families either side of us had no choice but to have it removed). Simon was absolutely brilliant! We (unfortunately) needed his help with a rodent problem under our kitchen units. We called Simon who promptly arrived to investigate. His calm, professional manner along with his knowledge and expertise soon had the area surveyed and a plan of action put in place. He returned on a further three occasions until he was happy that no further activity was taking place and he was able to seal the identified areas and thoroughly clean and disinfect the area. Highly recommend. Simon came out and assessed the damage in my loft caused by the infestation of birds. He was very polite & professional and explained what needed to be done. Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! I had a wasp issue in my walls. These guys were great. Very friendly, explained what they would be doing, and any costs involved. They were running late, but called to update me. When they arrived, they got straight to work, and got rid of the wasps immediately. I would definitely use them again.

Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good.
