Mark came today to deal with a wasps nest under a fascia board. He was efficient, knowledgable and friendly. I would happily recommend Mark and will use him again for any further pest problems.

Mark came to us one morning to deal with a wasps nest under the lead on the roof. True to his word the wasps were gone by tea time. We also had mice in our loft which Mark dealt with in a very professional way. We would certainly recommend him for any pest problems you may have.

I am not one to write reviews at all, but the customer service from Mark was absolutely excellent. After dealing with the issue of the wasps nest we had in the roof he spent a good deal of time talking to us about other options. Mark clearly knows his stuff and was really helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to see an expert in the field who cares about what they do.

Mark was great. excellent communication beforehand, When he got here, he explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how the wasps would react to the powder. Now 4 days after and the wasps have not been back. What more can you ask for. Would definitely use him again if I needed his services again.

I had a wasps nest under the tiles above the door. Came out within one hour of calling, job done and advice given. First class service and would recommend them to anyone needing a fast, efficient and professional response.

We had a large brown rat who had obviously been on a Pest Controller Avoidance class and aced it! Various extermination methods were used over a period of 2 weeks (to no avail). Our rat even dug under a metal trap!! Eventually Lee's guile, cunning and persistence won out (we were rooting for the rat by now but with young families either side of us had no choice but to have it removed). Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. We will definitely call on Andy again if further pest control work is required.

As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. We have a maintenance contract with them and they keep an eye on everything for us.
