Since moving into a new property which had been left in a dilapidated state a year ago Clive has become our go-to for anything pest related. Consistently punctual, reliable and honest, thus far he's clear up our issues with mice, birds, wasps, flies and bugs. In addition to the regular visits and responding quickly to any queries we've had he has also offered up advice on how best to approach anything we've found even if it's not to his benefit. If you need anything pest-related dealt with we really couldn't recommend Clive enough.

I had a field mouse in the living room of my new house so I called Clive at BFG Pest Management and he showed up in great time, even though I live about 30 minutes away. Clive was extremely helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend BFG Pest Management. 5 star service!

BFG were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, would highly recommend. Clive was reliable, professional,extremely helpful and patient. I thought I had a wasps nest so called PESTCOTEK last night around 7.30pm. Andy said he would be with me the next morning to have a look and give me a quote. He was true to his word and very quickly identified that my 'wasps' were in fact honey bees and explained very knowledgeably that the swarm I had witnessed was the worker bees protecting the vulnerable queen bee as she relocated. Who knew? 🙂 He said that the stragglers should disperse in the next few days but if I had any problems to call him. Andy has netted my solar panels and removed the pigeons from nesting underneath. Excellent service by Andy and his colleague. Nice bit of banter to start the day off, followed by the boys getting stuck into the job. Andy removed many pigeons from under my solar panels and added a mesh to stop them returning. He did a great job all round, cleaning up behind them, cleaning the decking of pigeon poo and the conservatory roof. Highly recommended and I would use again if I have another wildlife infestation!

As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. We have a maintenance contract with them and they keep an eye on everything for us.

Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended.
