Fantastic service from Marcus & Jess recently on numerous jobs in a new home. Communication is always on point and they turn up on time every time. Marcus and his son came out to help with my power cut, it turned out not to be a straightforward job, he was amazing from start to finish, would use them again and happy to recommend them.

Even though he was extremely busy he was able to reshuffle things & fit our most urgent job in the following day which we are so grateful for. Excellent from start to finish. The quoting phase was very thorough with the gaffer Andrew taking plenty of time to ensure the job was quoted exactly how I wanted. On the day the automated text was excellent to keep me updated on when the electricians would arrive. Both of which, Morgan and Mitch, did an excellent job, professional, friendly and left the job clean & tidy. It sounds like what you should expect as standard, but these days it seems quite rare! Very happy overall and highly recommended.

Andy and the guys were brilliant throughout our solar panel install and I felt comfortable having them in the house - something I'm normally quite wary of. Thoroughly professional and friendly, can't recommend them highly enough.

I know of Lincoln Electrical through the trade I am in and so approached them to have an Air Conditioner installed in my main Kitchen, Dining, Living room. I was really impressed with not only the Unit installed but the quality and dedication to doing an excellent clean job. We were so impressed a week or so later we had them install another Air Conditioner in our bedroom which is a god send on a hot evening and once again the lads delivered on quality of service and price. While they were here we discussed the options on a Solar PV system and they put together a favourable quote for a 10 panel 9.5kw Hybrid Battery storage system. We were very happy with the quote so we gave the go ahead and so 2 weeks later they started and in just 2 Days completed the installation and did not fail to convince me I had selected the right team for the right job. The equipment and installation first rate and again, extremely happy with the quality of work and product installed. I will stand by all I have said and therefore will highly recommend Lincoln Electrical to do any of your work, whether you are having done what we have had, but not forgetting they also install EV Chargers and undertake other Electrical Work / Projects too! I found Lincoln Electrical on checkatrade. They had good reviews which prompted my contact to them. My home electrics were playing up and I needed a quick response. I got one from Aaron and he was patient with my various and many messages and calls. I got clear information about cost and timescale, which was important to me. Stephen turned up the next day and proceeded to work out the problem very quickly. He was polite, professional and mindful of my concerns. He needed to go and purchase a part, which he did quickly and efficiently. On his return he replaced the part and went the extra mile to check the system and provide reassurance the consumer unit was now safe and working well. He did this all in the space of 2 hours. I received my invoice the same day and it was easy to pay online. Aaron messaged thanks for the prompt payment. I recommend Lincoln Electrical unreservedly.

Called Lincoln Electrical as I wanted some advice on some wiring that supplies the cooker. Jamie came out same day and he is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy and put my mind at rest about the wiring. Definitely be using this company in the future if we need any electrical work doing. Amazing installation of our EV charger. Tom was really helpful when we were picking the type of charger we wanted as well. Tom was efficient, tidy and did a great job, I would 100% recommend him.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received. Tom is such a conscientious, thoughtful and friendly worker. He wired up the lights for a media unit in the living room which was fitted by Hammonds and a new bookcase beneath the stairs. We'd had other quotes but TLS was the most reasonable, and while other electricians said it was 'too tricky' to install lighting in the hall under the stairs, it was no problem whatsoever to Tom. The Hammonds worker refused to put our TV back on the wall after fitting the unit, but Tom did that for us at no extra cost. I will gladly recommend TLS Electrical to everyone I know.

Thomas provided excellent service. When we moved into our new home, we inherited an air conditioning unit but didn't know how to maintain it properly. Thomas thoroughly cleaned and serviced the unit, ensuring it operated at peak performance. He also took the time to clearly explain the work he had done and offered tips on how to maintain it. His communication was fantastic, and he was punctual throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to TLS for our next full service.
