Recently engaged Tom and his electricians to rewire our house. Superb service. Lads and the apprentices kept us informed every step of the way. Polite, friendly and worked hard to avoid chasing out any walls. I would highly recommend.

We had to have various bits of electrical work completed both inside and outside of our house. Tom from TWB was on time for the original appointment and the quote came back the day he said it would - great start. On the day itself, the guys turned up at the exact time they said they would be on site. Impressive timing. The work was completed to the very highest of standards, the guys were very polite throughout, and everything cleaned up afterwards. As a customer, the experience was certainly five star. I would recommend TWB to anyone looking for electrical work completed to very high standards, by a team who also operate to very high standards. In an age of poor responses, poor experiences and poor quality it's refreshing to see age-old qualities still in existence today. Great work TWB Electrical. Kevin was very prompt, answered my message quickly, and arrived to assess the problem as promised. Unfortunately the issue could not be fixed, he suggested buying a new one and discarding the broken one. Kevin didn't charge for his time or advice. Would definitely recommend him.

Power was down and Kevin came out within a couple of hours and got it back up and running. Excellent service and great value for money. Highly recommended.

I’m not a big fan of reviews as these can be misleading sometimes but this is a really review. I've recently had 18x 435 solar panels fitted by EER Ltd along with a 7.5 Solax hybrid inverter and 3 x 5.2kw IP rated Solax Triple power batteries. From start to finish the job has been floorless and from the initial consultation with Joe we agreed the price as per the quotation and an installation time scale. Joe and his installation team did a great job, Joe answered all my technical question of how the system would work the whole system was fitted in under 3 days for the full installation. After the install Joe then set up the system and explained the more complex options with the inverter and how to change settings like timers for charge rates and export etc through the Solax App. What I liked about EER Ltd was Joe’s personal touch from the start dealing with the DNO application form at no extra cost to making sure we would be compliant due to the size of the installation, he also highlighted what I can expect from the system and how it would perform and how all the information will be shown on our app. Initially I was unsure at first about choosing EER Ltd due to it been a big investment but it seems to have been a great choice and the system has already giving fully off grid usage for around two weeks now. All in all I'm happy with the system and I'm confident that we will be less dependent on the grid and become more Self-sufficient.

Spot on as always, had work done by Stuart a few times and it’s always been great. Re-wired our garage up and did some extra works in the kitchen while he was here.

I contacted Stuart regarding some work we wanted doing to our electrics. He replied the same day, even though it was a Sunday! Even though he was extremely busy he was able to reshuffle things & fit our most urgent job in the following day which we are so grateful for. He was very efficient & had excellent customer communication with me. He explained everything in layman’s terms! We have booked him to perform further jobs in our house & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Thomas provided excellent service. When we moved into our new home, we inherited an air conditioning unit but didn't know how to maintain it properly. Thomas thoroughly cleaned and serviced the unit, ensuring it operated at peak performance. He also took the time to clearly explain the work he had done and offered tips on how to maintain it. His communication was fantastic, and he was punctual throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to TLS for our next full service.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received. Tom is such a conscientious, thoughtful and friendly worker. He wired up the lights for a media unit in the living room which was fitted by Hammonds and a new bookcase beneath the stairs. We'd had other quotes but TLS was the most reasonable, and while other electricians said it was 'too tricky' to install lighting in the hall under the stairs, it was no problem whatsoever to Tom. The Hammonds worker refused to put our TV back on the wall after fitting the unit, but Tom did that for us at no extra cost. I will gladly recommend TLS Electrical to everyone I know.

Tom came round to survey my house for a potential Air Con installation, he was really thorough and very professional and gave me all the information I needed. The work was completed last week and I’m super happy with it. Clean and tidy workmanship, really polite and friendly. Good price and No problems with the installation at all, so pleased to have done it.

We had a problem with flickering lights over the Christmas period. Although they weren't working until the new year, Steve took the time to talk through the problem with me over the phone and put my mind at rest. His son then attended at 9 o'clock on 2nd January and had the issue fixed in half an hour. Highly recommended!

This company is highly professional, had a full house installation of electric and smoke detectors/alarms all to code. Steve is very professional, and always on time, he cleans and tidies as he work and even cleans before he leaves. I did pay all the amount before he finished completely, and as soon as I called him to finish off the bits and the kitchen he came when he said he would and finished all the jobs up and days work, so yes they are also trustworthy, I would use them again, and recommend them for any type off electrical work to anyone. Excellent from start to finish. The quoting phase was very thorough with the gaffer Andrew taking plenty of time to ensure the job was quoted exactly how I wanted. On the day the automated text was excellent to keep me updated on when the electricians would arrive. Both of which, Morgan and Mitch, did an excellent job, professional, friendly and left the job clean & tidy. It sounds like what you should expect as standard, but these days it seems quite rare! Very happy overall and highly recommended.
