Ricky was absolutely brilliant. Gave candid advice over the phone and some steps to see if we could isolate the problem without him coming over. Ultimately, it was an RCD replacement that he carried in the van. Very professional. No time wasted. He had shoe overalls as it was raining. Both his van and his uniform were spotless. His quote was perfectly fair and reasonable. I will definitely use and recommend his services again. There was a light not functioning outside, and he checked that out too separate to the initial job. And explained what was going on as he investigated and fixed.

The work was done by one of his team Michael, who did a fantastic job despite arriving with a flat van tyre! Very professional and clean and tidy. These guys did my entire outdoor decking, summerhouse and some work inside the house (new sockets, light fittings etc). Excellent service from SEC, initial appointment was set up quickly and the work, both first and second fix, was undertaken on the day agreed. A couple of minor issues were sorted the next morning. I had power supplies installed and various modifications made for a new kitchen installation. I would recommend them.
