I hired Josh to install the wiring and circuit breaks for our new hot tub. Josh was incredibly professional I coming round before to see what needed to be done and on the day he was here to do the work he was exceptional - very focused, friendly and knowledgeable. Stainsbury Electrical installed the appropriate electrical circuit board in my garage to charge a Hybrid vehicle. I found Joshua very professional both in the quoting stage where various options/price points were clearly laid out, during the day when the work was carried out (on time and with a team of people), as well as responding to questions after the job. We had to have various bits of electrical work completed both inside and outside of our house. Tom from TWB was on time for the original appointment and the quote came back the day he said it would - great start. On the day itself, the guys turned up at the exact time they said they would be on site. Impressive timing. The work was completed to the very highest of standards, the guys were very polite throughout, and everything cleaned up afterwards. As a customer, the experience was certainly five star. I would recommend TWB to anyone looking for electrical work completed to very high standards, by a team who also operate to very high standards. Absolutely amazing company. I rang Ben one evening and he asked me to send a video of the oven make and sockets etc as it was an oven installation. He got back to me immediately with a quote, came round the next morning to have a look. Then he managed to fit me in within a couple of days even though he is so busy. I had an issue with my central heating not turning off no matter what I did and I was at my wits end this morning, so I found Ben's details and sent him a message. He came back to me within 40 or so minutes to come around the same day to solve the issue. He was prompt in all communication, gave an ETA for general arrival time as he knew I worked from home. He and his colleague were really kind, friendly and knowledgeable and were talking me through the process and signs to look for in case of similar issues in the future. I also loved that I could just pay on a card machine rather than mucking about with invoices and bank transfers. Everything has been fixed within an hour and I now have a normal working heating just in time for snow and winter. Frankly I'm amazed it was all same day, I'm used to waiting weeks for help. There was an issue with contacting Ben via his the website (resolved now) but on calling Ben he quickly came to the house to survey what I needed (already had solar panels, I was adding a battery). Within a couple of days a quotation was submitted, and accepted. A few days later a battery was delivered (rolled into the garage where it was to be fitted) and a couple of days later the battery was installed. A very neat and quick job. A few software issues became apparent but with the help of a friend (he recommended Ben to me) they were resolved and now my electricity charges have plummeted (don’t mention Standing Charges - now more than the electricity ☹️). No hesitation in recommending Ben Energy
