Woollard Electrical carried out a complete re-wire of a property renovation including installing smart electric radiators, a hot water system and smoke alarms. It’s been a long time since we have come across such a professional service. Everything you want your customer experience to be from beginning to end; prompt responses, clear communication, efficient, work completed to high standard on time. Even clean and tidy. 2 weeks after the work was finished I called them out on a Sunday due to MY ERROR and they were still polite, helpful and efficient. I rarely leave reviews but I really do recommend Colin and his team. They have been brilliant!

I contacted Stamford Property Maintenance as I had a problem with my upstairs lights not turning off. Gareth arrived on time and had identified and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. As he was leaving we noticed water was coming through into the hall from the bathroom upstairs, so Gareth went up and fixed that too. Since then Gareth has fixed my side gate, changed a troublesome door lock, sorted out a roof leak and helped me to tile my kitchen. He is always friendly, punctual and happy to give advice. I cannot rate him highly enough. Thank you!

I will never go to anyone else! Sam really knows his stuff - I had a solar install, battery storage and more recently downlighters and some external power points and everything went off without a hitch. So quick and clean you'd hardly notice his guys had ever been.

Excellent service from SEC, initial appointment was set up quickly and the work, both first and second fix, was undertaken on the day agreed. A couple of minor issues were sorted the next morning. I had power supplies installed and various modifications made for a new kitchen installation. I would recommend them.

Excellent serivce and completed the job on time. Needed a couple of visits to work around the kitchen being fitted which helped. Also gave some suggestions to help improve the layout of the various spurs and socket which was handy.

Having recently bought a house, we had a few concerns about faulty electrics. Jonathan and his team were absolutely brilliant and booked us in much quicker than any other tradespeople we have used before. The problems were identified and rectified immediately. These guys did my entire outdoor decking, summerhouse and some work inside the house (new sockets, light fittings etc). The work was amazing and the lads couldn’t have been friendlier to my partner and pets. Always on time, offered advice and made suggestions on what to do. My elderly mother lives in Stamford and has used the services of UTS Electrical twice in the past month. She was so pleased with the quality of their service that I wanted to leave a review. 1. My mother was having problems with the hinges on her oven door. She rang a "handyman" who advertised locally via flyers and he told her that, if she ordered the new hinges (2 x £50!) he would attend and fit them for another £150! My mum thought this seemed exorbitant so she spoke on the phone to Kenny, the owner of UTS Electrical. He visited her the same day, effected a repair in less than 10 minutes and insisted on charging my mother nothing, a wonderful gesture of goodwill. 2. A few weeks later my mother was experiencing problems with her washing machine and rang Kenny again to discuss the problem. He advised her as to the likely cause of the problem and the simple remedy. My mother was able to follow his advice and get her washing machine back in service within a few minutes. I cannot thank Kenny enough for his wonderful customer service. We're all so quick to criticise the often poor service provided by large retailers and it's great to be able to praise a small, independent, family-owned business when they show how things really should be done. I cannot praise UTS Electrical highly enough and I would definitely recommend them to others. I know from my mother that Kenny is experiencing some health issues currently and I wish him all the best and, hopefully a speedy recovery.

The element had gone in my oven and even though they were busy the problem was fixed in a timely fashion and at a very fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and will definitely be recommending.

Fast, efficient and good value for money. Supplying, fitting and testing a new motor for my Dyson upright cost less than £60. The Dyson was delivered at 9am, I received a telephone diagnosis and quotation by 10.30 and the machine was ready for collection by 2pm the same day. Outstanding.
