We needed a local electrical contractor to carry out a full electrical inspection for our friend's bungalow which was being prepared to be sold. Pro Electrical carried this out with some needed correctional work promptly and efficiently. I can highly recommend.

I installed a summerhouse in my garden this year and wanted power in there and lighting. Pro-Electrical gave a very reasonable quote for the work required and supplied and fitted all that was necessary at quite short notice so everything was finished before Xmas. Kieron came out to rewire our new kitchen prior to cabinets going in. Extra sockets where we needed them, left us a fused spur for me to write the under cupboard lights into. Very professional and clean working. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team helped us throughout an extension build, advising us the best way forward with our electrical set-up, which included installing a completely new thermostat system, sockets, outdoor lighting, smoke detectors, extractor fans, lighting etc etc. No ask was too much, and they were always on hand to answer any of our questions and advise us. They supplied all materials which were of a high quality and they were on hand to install as required throughout the build process. His entire team was very professional and friendly throughout all the work and the price was very fair for the amount of work carried out. Excellent from start to finish. The quoting phase was very thorough with the gaffer Andrew taking plenty of time to ensure the job was quoted exactly how I wanted. On the day the automated text was excellent to keep me updated on when the electricians would arrive. Both of which, Morgan and Mitch, did an excellent job, professional, friendly and left the job clean & tidy. It sounds like what you should expect as standard, but these days it seems quite rare! Dan is honestly the best man you could hope to have work done for you. He can turn his hand to anything and it comes out so well. He is also just so reliable and always comes in on or under his quotes. He is a qualified electrician, has replaced and installed new indoor and outdoor lights, switches, CCTV, boiler wiring and HIVE systems, figuring out complex wiring and tricky positioning. He treats your house like it’s his own as in he takes care in ensuring things look good. He can paint, do carpentry from hand rails to boxing in to shelving to flooring to decking to digging up concrete. He has repaired garage doors and installed additional locks and security measures. Employ Dan, it’s one of the best things you could ever do!!!

Dan replaced the internal lighting in our windmill, a Grade 2* listed building which is owned by a local building preservation trust. Dan was meticulous in first of all identifying what we needed, including improvements in the type and locations of the existing light fittings, and subsequently the installation of the lighting to make sure that it met out needs. Dan’s quote was by far the best we received and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We now have a brighter, safer and much more efficient lighting system in the mill, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan’s services.

Brilliant. Needed an electrician at short notice to come and disconnect an oven for flooring to be lifted up, rescreeded, then to reconnect oven again afterwards. S B Barker were really helpful on the phone and the electrician, Nathan, came out on time and did the job quickly. He was friendly and professional. When I needed to change the day for him to come back as the floor wasn't ready it was no problem and he also fitted an outside light at a really reasonable price. Will definitely use S B Barker again!
