I didn’t end up using 8 5 in the end as I managed to get hold of my existing contractor. But, he was very helpful on the phone and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely use them next time on the strength of the service received on the phone.

Their team arrived on time, worked diligently and professionally, cleaned up as they went along and finished slightly ahead of schedule. Their wiring is extremely neat and tidy. Mark and his team at Story Electrical did a first class job on the electrics for our office. Travelling from Peterborough to Leicester they were bang on the agreed time both visits. Job was done to a high standard and to agreed timescales. Mark has a great team working for him who actually turn up and deliver what they promise, particular thanks go to Chris and Luke who did my work, I love the fact that Chris is somewhat of a perfectionist as it meant he used the laser guide to line up all of my spots and plug sockets exactly, top man! Five Star from Story Electrical! Just had an EV charger installed this afternoon by Connor & Luke, faultless service from these chaps. I'd highly recommend using Storys in the future, work was carried out professionally, efficiently and to a great standard. EV charger supplied and installed was the Hypervolt 3.0 charger (pictures attached). Any mess whilst carrying out these works were cleaned up straight away. Thanks again guys!

Had an EV point fitted and can't fault the care and attention given throughout. Mark talked me through the options, giving me all the advice I needed. The work was done by one of his team Michael, who did a fantastic job despite arriving with a flat van tyre! Very professional and clean and tidy. Mark had to finish the job another day( no fault of his own) and got gave me all the info needed to get my EV point up and running. Great team..can't recommend enough. Would definitely recommend for any electrical works.

Having a new kitchen fitted and BES came to do the electrical work. Jack arrived and from the off he started making suggestions and listened to our requirements. We were not expecting this level of service and I have to say, I was immediately impressed with his attitude, willingness, attention to detail and professionalism. He worked smartly and cleanly and my wife and I could not ask for more. Jack was joined by Greg on his second fix visit and again a good lad. If you want a professional job, you could not do better than have BES and especially Jack on site.

We've used Bowyer Electrical Services twice now, first time to fit a bathroom fan, outside light and replace light fittings. Asked for a last minute additional socket fitting too, which was no problem at all. Reliable, clean, professional and friendly. Second time round they changed our kitchen lights and were able to squeeze us in quickly. Once again friendly, reliable, clean & tidy. Cost less than expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and reuse in future.

1st Class Out of Hours Emergency Service. I called with no power on my boat and within the hour I had a technician on my boat and diagnosed a melted main isolator. Replaced and I was up and running again within 90 minutes. I can't fault them. Excellent service all round.

I was being messed around by a 'Emergency Breakdown' Insurance Company who said they couldn't attend for 7-10 days, even though they knew I had an electrical fault, which was a potential fire hazard! I rang Vince at Fletton Electrics and he attended afternoon to assess the problem and make it safe. A new hard-wired appliance was ordered and he fitted it a couple of days later. Excellent clean and tidy service and I was more than happy with the price charged, (price was given upfront). Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping his number close by for future use :-)

If I could more than five stars I would. I am really delighted with the installation of my new ceiling lights, loft light, outside security light, ring doorbell and ring security light. I would like to thank Lawrence for setting up my ring devices in the ring application that I know I would have struggled with.
