Excellent service from quote to, to install, to invoice. What a great team of people. Quote was quick to be received via WhatsApp same day and was followed up by call from Hydrava to book appointment once I confirmed I would like to go ahead. A msg was sent on the day to advise when the plumber would arrive and availability to track their arrival and a picture of them. Plumber was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I received a certificate & record of the engineers visit afterwards, which included a picture of the work that was completed via email after the appointment, followed by an invoice which I could click a link and make a payment and there were other options to make payment. I am incredibly impressed of the processed start to finish I wish all companies in all industries worked in the same way. I will definitely be using Hydrava for all plumbing needs in the future - thanks!

Just had Lewis from Hydrava come out and fit a new boiler. The team has been incredible. Prompt follow up and communication from Coral every step of the way. Lewis was professional, friendly and incredibly conscious of tidying up after himself vacuuming and removing everything. Thanks Hydrava for getting this fixed so quickly. I would highly recommend this plumber. He came out the same day where others failed. He kept me informed on how long he was going to be and turned up when said. He was brilliant in fixing my heating pipe which had burst which including trace and access. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend and definitely use again.

I experienced a worrying leak in CH/HW system and called Scott who said he'd come the next morning, which he dutifully did on time. He inspected the problem, sent me an estimate, and returned that same afternoon after accepting his quote. I consider Scott as a conscientious reliable professional engineer, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Scott came round within a couple of hours of calling. I had a leak in the loft and he found the problem and sorted it within 20 minutes. He also removed a dead bird that had got stuck in an outlet pipe. The cost of repairing some items in the water tank and doing some work to a pipe all came in extremely reasonably. Bird removal was free. I will use Scott again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very professional and friendly.

I’ve contacted MJ Electrical/ Plumbing for a electric fault on my boiler so my house was freezing and cold, so Michael and Adrian did a fenomenal job, they found a lots of installation issues and mistakes that caused problems with my heating system. So they were able to fix all of the problems and made my heating working again and a short time, fixed all the wires mess and went an extra mile. I highly recommend! Thanks Michael and Adrian!!!

Stamford Plumbing have been servicing my boiler and gas fire for a couple of years now after I terminated my British Gas Homecare agreement as cost had gone up so much. Have also used Stamford Plumbing for a couple of plumbing emergencies. They are excellent! Such wonderful customer service on the phone. They phone back when they say they will and the engineers are always super-polite and professional when they arrive. Appointments are confirmed by text and email which is another plus. Just today they managed to squeeze me in on a very busy day as my heating wasn't working after switching on for first time in five months - thank you!!! Even if they're not able to fit me in immediately, I'd always wait for these guys rather than use someone else if at all possible. I trust them and the quality of their service. Totally recommended and see you next time!

We've been having problems with our heating system for a month or two, and several local companies have tried to fix it, without success. When another fault appeared we decided to give Stamford Plumbing a try, and at last we're sorted! They sent out an engineer the same day, and Matt impressed us. He was professional, calm, efficient and courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Wish we'd used them earlier. I was also very impressed by their front office support, who couldn't have been more helpful. We have now agreed with them that they will do our annual boiler service from now on. Overall, very impressed by their customer service and by the way they identified and fixed our problem. Now a return customer!

Great service! We had a major leak (just before Christmas) in the middle of the night. We called them in the morning and they managed to fit us in within a couple of hours! They fully fixed the leak, and also took time to check the full system and replace some old parts. Great value and fantastic service, will definitely use again.
