Yasmin, my hair stylist, she gave me an amazing haircut. She took time to understand my hair texture and type of haircut i wanted rather than rushing the process. I 💯% recommend this place.

This is my first time paying a visit to a UK salon, always had doubts as I have dark Asian hair which can be tricky. Was recommended to go to PKai so booked for a balayage. Confidence was boosted during patch test with Elaine who took strand samples to test on before the real thing. On the day, I felt super supported and reassured. I felt treated with so much respect and care, you could totally tell she is a perfectionist! The end result is amazing, exactly like I asked. Went for my first treatment and pamper session- what a wonderful establishment! The staff were flawless with their customer service and there were excellent precautions in place with consideration of covid 19. The treatment rooms are well laid out and there was a lovely heat mat on the massage bed to help you warm up and relax. Very good value for money, wonderful customer service and a clean environment. I will definitely be returning one day.

I was lucky enough to choose Remember the Magic when searching for a nail technician after two of my acrylic nails broke. I’m on holiday in Market Deeping and knew there was no way I could wait until I get back to Australia to get my nails done. Joyce has given me a brand new manicure with beautiful gel nails and I’m delighted with the result. She is lovely lady, very friendly and highly experienced, and if I lived here I would be a regular client.
