Been coming to Enhance for many years now and I can’t recommend highly enough. The service is always amazing and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My nails always look beautiful when I leave and I get so many compliments.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. My previous go-to for beauty treatments was AUK but for some reason they just stopped doing treatments so I came here on the recommendation of a colleague. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else now. Everyone is so friendly, they know what they’re doing and it’s all very reasonably priced. I’ve only had two treatments regularly: eyebrow wax and tint and LVL lashes but they’ve always done such a good job. I’m definitely going to start booking some more treatments soon. If you’re wondering where to go in Grantham, come here! You won’t regret it 😊

My stylist Mya was professional and talented. I loved my hair and she was willing to revisit the length at the back after I thought it could have been a little shorter. This showed she was keen to meet my expectations and I hope to be back on another occasion for a repeat performance!

On 12th October I had my hair styled by Emma for my son’s wedding. I don’t live in the area so she had never met me or dealt with my thick and fairly unruly hair before. I had an idea what I needed and she simply performed a miracle….plaiting my hair so securely-so that it would last after I’d removed my hat! Now, over 3 days later it is still in place and I really don’t want to take it down! Thank you so much..I received so many compliments-even today!! I cannot recommend Emma and her styling enough! 😍

After years of searching I have just found my favourite hairdressers. Mya totally understood what I wanted and did an amazing job with my balayage, and Karolina did a fab job with my cut, both knowing exactly what to recommend and absolutely nailing it. The place is clean, the staff were all lovely and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back.

Lee has been my hairdresser for the last 20yrs. I would never go anywhere else. His new salon at Lusso is just beautiful, elegant and a pleasure to visit. Lee is creating an amazing space for his clients to relax, unwind and be pampered! I look forward to each visit. My 14yr old has just had her first restyle and is so happy. Lee worked his magic and created exactly what she wanted. My 17yr old came home yesterday with the most beautiful colour and cut. Once again Lee has excelled himself and we can’t thank him enough. We wish Lee all the success in the world as he truly deserves it.

Visited Lee at his new salon Lusso which is conveniently round the corner to me . I’ve got very short hair and needed a sharp edgy refresh …. Lee did exactly what I wanted .But I’m always open to new ideas . Lee has a very good eye for niche things regarding the decor in his new salon . The service was excellent I highly recommend him and I definitely will be returning as a regular client . I wish him all the best .

Lee has been cutting my hair for 20 years now and I wouldn't have another hair dresser. I used a few others when I moved away and ended up traveling back to Lee as no one else can cut/colour it quite like him. He takes his time to understand his clients so as to meet their needs. He is welcoming and warm, making it a comfortable place to be, and he is really good at giving practical advice to ensure I keep my hair as healthy as possible. I would recommend him to anyone. Both my teenage girls now use him and they are so much happier with their hair now that he is looking after it ❤️

My wife found this hairdressers recently having received a glowing recommendation and after only two appointments they have got her hair exactly how she wanted it and it looks stunning. When she went into the salon today her hair was almost black, three hours and a balayage later this is the result, a warmer tone with highlights, she looked lovely before but this style make her look even prettier. She is my whole world, thank you for making her smile. Seeing her so happy is worth every penny

Scots is the epitome of excellence! From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed and put at ease. Jennifer and her team are the best. The first time Jennifer cut my hair was 20 years ago when I nervously stepped over the threshold of Scots. Since then I have witnessed first hand the passion, dedication and integrity that Jennifer has for her profession. I never truly understood the depth and breadth of knowledge needed to create a connection with a client and to take them on a journey with their hair. Over the years I have seen members of the team start as apprentices to now being stand out stylists including Ruby and Declan. Others have joined along the way including Clare, enhancing the A team further with Keily and Dawn being there from the start. As the years have gone by I have introduced my children to the salon. From their first curl trims, first colours, to developing their own styles. Scots’s has nurtured them all. If you want an experience not just a haircut then visit Scots, you won’t regret it!

I can honestly say I’ve not had a better experience with a hairdresser than I have with Nicole. She is incredibly professional and really listens to the goal you are after. She will talk you through exactly what she will do to achieve it, but will be realistic with what can reasonably be done without damaging the hair too much. She is so friendly and always makes you feel at home. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and full of personality, and always clean! Now I have my dream hair! Will be recommending to everyone.

I had a haircut with Simona yesterday, and I couldn't be happier! She was incredibly friendly and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The result was exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend her! Also, the salon is nice and clean, unlike some other popular places in the city center.

I had Simona as my hairdresser. I asked for highlights and for her to cut the ends of my hair, I really liked the end result. Simona was very nice and recommended some shampoo that would go well with my new hair colour.

Today I had a deluxe pedicure before my holiday. This is the first time that I had one with Lisa and is the best pedicure that I have ever had.. It started with a foot soak, exfoliation of the foot and ankle, a foot masque and removal of hard skin followed by a polish. Lisa is really friendly and my feet feel fantastic - thank you.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for piercing, they are all so lovely, so helpful and give the best advice. I can’t praise them enough! The after care is phenomenal as well, I quite often pop in and they change my jewellery without question or charge. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

Decided to call in without an appointment today to get my helix pierced and a new earring for my tragus piercing. Checked reviews beforehand having never been to a clinic in Grantham before. Didn’t have to book an appointment. Really welcoming, pleasant and helpful staff. Very thorough and professional. The place is clean and they clearly take care with hygiene. Reasonably priced. I will definitely come again if I decide to get another piecing (which I probably will do!). Thank you.

Such a great appointment, the lady I met with was absolutely lovely! She was so considerate that it was my first wax appointment and checked up on my throughout the process as well as talking me through what was going to happen throughout! Definitely recommend!
