I'm absolutely happy to have my hair colour ready for my upcoming Graduation Ceremony and beyond, all thanks to the talented Patricia. From the moment I walked into her bright and welcoming salon, I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered expert suggestions that helped me achieve the perfect look. Not only is she very skilled at what she does, but her friendly and supportive demeanour made me feel confident right away. After searching for a new hairstylist for a while, I'm so pleased to have found her. The relaxing music in the salon adds to the overall experience. 💖 The salon, a lovely family-owned business, has a barber section on the ground floor and hairdressing services upstairs. My wife found this hairdressers recently having received a glowing recommendation and after only two appointments they have got her hair exactly how she wanted it and it looks stunning. When she went into the salon today her hair was almost black, three hours and a balayage later this is the result, a warmer tone with highlights, she looked lovely before but this style make her look even prettier. She is my whole world, thank you for making her smile. Seeing her so happy is worth every penny

I can't recommend Patricia enough! She listened to what I wanted and advised on the best cut for my hair. I'm so happy with the cut and colour. The salon itself is a lovely bright space and very conveniently located in the centre of Grantham.

I had a haircut with Simona yesterday, and I couldn't be happier! She was incredibly friendly and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The result was exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend her! Also, the salon is nice and clean, unlike some other popular places in the city center.

Scots is the epitome of excellence! From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed and put at ease. Jennifer and her team are the best. The first time Jennifer cut my hair was 20 years ago when I nervously stepped over the threshold of Scots. Since then I have witnessed first hand the passion, dedication and integrity that Jennifer has for her profession. I never truly understood the depth and breadth of knowledge needed to create a connection with a client and to take them on a journey with their hair. Over the years I have seen members of the team start as apprentices to now being stand out stylists including Ruby and Declan. Others have joined along the way including Clare, enhancing the A team further with Keily and Dawn being there from the start. As the years have gone by I have introduced my children to the salon. From their first curl trims, first colours, to developing their own styles. Scots’s has nurtured them all. If you want an experience not just a haircut then visit Scots, you won’t regret it!

I have been coming to Enhance for 20years. The staff and services are excellent and there always a personal service. Their recommendations for treatments are honest and always have amazing results. From HD Brows, nail extensions , caci facials and body treatments to massages and specialist Gatineau treatments you are always treated with exemplary service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here for a while now. My previous go-to for beauty treatments was AUK but for some reason they just stopped doing treatments so I came here on the recommendation of a colleague. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else now. Everyone is so friendly, they know what they’re doing and it’s all very reasonably priced. I’ve only had two treatments regularly: eyebrow wax and tint and LVL lashes but they’ve always done such a good job. I’m definitely going to start booking some more treatments soon. After years of searching I have just found my favourite hairdressers. Mya totally understood what I wanted and did an amazing job with my balayage, and Karolina did a fab job with my cut, both knowing exactly what to recommend and absolutely nailing it. The place is clean, the staff were all lovely and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back.

Where do I start ? Lisa’s nail salon really deserves the 5 stars I’ve given and if you’ve not been really worth a visit ! Lee has been cutting my hair for 20 years now and I wouldn't have another hair dresser. I used a few others when I moved away and ended up traveling back to Lee as no one else can cut/colour it quite like him. He takes his time to understand his clients so as to meet their needs. He is welcoming and warm, making it a comfortable place to be, and he is really good at giving practical advice to ensure I keep my hair as healthy as possible. I would recommend him to anyone. Both my teenage girls now use him and they are so much happier with their hair now that he is looking after it ❤️

Lee has been my hairdresser for the last 20yrs. I would never go anywhere else. His new salon at Lusso is just beautiful, elegant and a pleasure to visit. I can honestly say I’ve not had a better experience with a hairdresser than I have with Nicole. She is incredibly professional and really listens to the goal you are after. She will talk you through exactly what she will do to achieve it, but will be realistic with what can reasonably be done without damaging the hair too much. She is so friendly and always makes you feel at home. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and full of personality, and always clean! Now I have my dream hair! Will be recommending to everyone.

Decided to call in without an appointment today to get my helix pierced and a new earring for my tragus piercing. Checked reviews beforehand having never been to a clinic in Grantham before. Didn’t have to book an appointment. Really welcoming, pleasant and helpful staff. Very thorough and professional. The place is clean and they clearly take care with hygiene. Reasonably priced. I will definitely come again if I decide to get another piecing (which I probably will do!). Thank you.

I've had a conch and a tragus piercing done at Susan Bird's Salon and had excellent experiences with both. A full consultation beforehand and choice of studs, extremely clean environment and a high standard of hygiene when piercing. I had my tragus piercing today with Alice, who was so lovely! She was very swift with the piercing itself and I barely felt anything during both piercings. No bleeding or pain afterwards either. I'm absolutely delighted with the service and will be having more done soon!
