Excellent, came out on a sunday to sort a broken gearbox on our door. Unfortunately had to replace more than just the gearbox but I feel it was a reasonable price for the work done. Phill was a very nice genuine guy and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend. Thanks

I needed an emergency locksmith today due to my front door not locking. I saw Phil from Lockforce on check a trade and all his reviews came across as very good. I was contacted within a few minutes and Phil was very knowledgeable and explained over the phone what the problem may be. Phil came and fixed my door that evening. First time I've used a locksmith and a tradesman that I didnt know. My door was fixed very quickly, nice chap and very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Lindsay

Called Phil at 0820 hrs. He arrived, as arranged on time. Two problems resolved - broken front door lock gear mechanism and badly aligned conservatory French doors making opening / closing / locking almost impossible. Everything done quickly and at a very fair price. He also gave us some good security advice. A very pleasant man who will we definitely use again when necessary and would highly recommend him.

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!

After an attempted break-in where my conservatory window and door were popped, I called Nigel at Belvoir Glass & Locks. By sheer luck, he was there within five minutes! He quickly secured everything with temporary boarding and gave a clear quote, explaining that the glass might take a couple of weeks. But what really stood out was how hard he worked to get the glass sooner—he kept me updated, pushed to speed things up, and succeeded! The moment it arrived, he wasted no time getting it fitted. The work was absolutely flawless—done super fast, cleaned up perfectly, and left looking as good as new. Nigel and his team are simply amazing—fast, responsive, and truly care about getting the job done right. I’ve saved his business card for any future needs. Nigel did an excellent job of replacing blown panels and servicing door locks etc when I contacted him for help. He arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and was very polite and pleasant. Price was very reasonable and job was completed in very good time. I would recommend Nigel as a first class workman who is a real expert in his trade.

I called on Steve of Swift Security Systems this week as my back door wouldn't lock. He came highly recommended from a neighbour. On phoning him, his first question was if I needed to go out, luckily I didnt. He came within a couple of hours. Very promptly knew what the fault was, hadnt got the spare part I needed, so it had to be ordered. But he was able to fit a temporary lock so I could lock my door. Such a lovely person, so knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him, just the person you need when in such a stressful situation.

Steve came out within an hour of calling him, as an emergency, I had managed to lock myself out of my house, the keys being on the inside! This would be not a straight forward job taking two hrs,which he did everything to try to save the lock but eventually had to give in and drill the lock out. At all times Steve was very professional and talked me through what needed to done. Would certainly highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
