Not being able to get into your own house can be quite distressing, but we didn't have to wait too long for help. They did a wonderful job, got us into the house quickly and sorted out the problems and made our house safe. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, should the need arise.

Sam was really professional and diligent when he recently carried out some work on my home. The appointment was carried out for me at short notice and Sam arrived at my property within 30 minutes of me calling this company. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to go above and beyond with his services. He completed the work to a very high standard. Sam is fantastic at what he does and is a credit to the business. He changed a number of locks on my property as well as replacing a faulty gear box in the door. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone who requires lock smith services, he’s truly one of the best I’ve come across ever. He was incredibly helpful and completed the work very quickly.

We had Sam visit our property today and he went above and beyond to ensure our back door was fixed to the highest standard. Our locking mechanism broke over 14 weeks ago and we have had multiple people come to try and fix the problem with no good outcome. Sam came today and had it all fixed with new mechanism and door handle in a few hours. Will definitely recommend.

We moved house only to find we couldn’t lock the French doors at the new place so we called Bens Locks late in the afternoon. Rav answered the phone, took details and diagnosed the likely fault. He came the next morning at the agreed time, fixed the doors (alignment issue) and suggested how we could maintain our other doors & windows. Rav didn’t try and rip us off with unnecessary components when repairing the doors and I will definitely call Bens Locks if we have problems again. Recommended company.

Lost my car fob key today, obviously my first thought was this is going to be a nightmare getting another one, how wrong could I have been, a phone call to Martin mid morning resulted in Martin coming to my house a few hours later and cut and programmed a new key at a very reasonable price. Steve came out within an hour of calling him, as an emergency, I had managed to lock myself out of my house, the keys being on the inside! This would be not a straight forward job taking two hrs,which he did everything to try to save the lock but eventually had to give in and drill the lock out. At all times Steve was very professional and talked me through what needed to done. Would certainly highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I called on Steve of Swift Security Systems this week as my back door wouldn't lock. He came highly recommended from a neighbour. On phoning him, his first question was if I needed to go out, luckily I didnt. He came within a couple of hours. Very promptly knew what the fault was, hadnt got the spare part I needed, so it had to be ordered. But he was able to fit a temporary lock so I could lock my door. Such a lovely person, so knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him, just the person you need when in such a stressful situation.

Matt was amazing, rang him Monday night and he offered to come out Tuesday. Booked him in for Wednesday morning for a back door which wouldn't lock. It needed to be completely re adjusted, which he completed in record time, he even fixed by front door which was catching and sticking. Would highly recommend, very professional, gave some excellent advice on maintenance and looking after the locks. Honestly, would definitely use again, if needed in the future.

What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated. From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.

I gave the gentleman a call this morning and he was with me within less than half an hour, we had a supplier snap a key off in our door over night and he came straight out and had it sorted for us within an hour of calling him, went above and beyond replaced the whole mechanism for us and also altered the locks on the door to stop this issue happening again. will be recommending to everyone i know. thankyou very much for you speedy and professional service.
