I was having difficulty locking the front door as the bolts wouldn’t align correctly. I rang Spencer and he attended within 30 mins and realigned the door and fitted new handles. Door now locks easily and invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated. From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.

Contacted to see if two keys could be fixed. Parts ordered same day and fixed the next day. Really pleased with how quick this was done, very nice guy who clearly knows what he is doing and if I have any key or similar issues in the future, my first port of call and number logged in my phone book. Unfortunately, managed to close my car's only key in the boot in the morning, about school rush time. I called and I've been told he could be at my location in 15 mins, which he surely did, just before another job that he had after a quick school run. Got the car boot open very quickly and I could be back to work in no time, not even the slightest damage done to the car or the paintwork. Very polite person too. From my experience this company does a first class job at a reasonable price. After being fobbed off by Carworld and being told by Smith motors that it ‘could cost up to £1000’, we were recommended to go to City Locks to sort out our Juke remote key system. In my opinion, City Locks are not the best locksmiths in Peterborough, they are definitely not the best in Cambridgeshire - No - they are the best locksmiths in the country. We are pensioners in our 70's driving around in an old car (2008). For reasons unbeknown to us, the car key suddenly stopped working, leaving us extremely vulnerable with only a spare manual key. We were recommended to visit City Locks by our servicing garage and boy are we glad we chose them. We were seen straight away, given a series of options and 20 minutes later we were walking out with a brand new key which was very realistically priced ! Any issues with keys - car - house or whatever, get yourselves down to City Locks - you will not regret it !

I have been using this shoe repairer for more than 7 years. He has never failed to repair my shoes. From heavy welted men's leather to finer woman's courts. His prices are reasonable and he has been able to rescue shoes that other repairers declined. He also cuts keys and codes car remotes. Excellent.

Very happy with price and service. Took some Birkenstocks that were passed their best and by some miracle he was able to completely resolve them. Now I have my comfy sandals for at least another 3/4 years.
