She’s gone from being fearful of the hairdresser to actively looking forward to it, Claire knows exactly how to put her at ease and makes it a lovely experience rather than a traumatic one! You can’t beat kindness and understanding like that, we’ll be customers for a long time to come

Alter ego is the go to salon! Claire is amazing she is so attentive and you can see how much she cares about the customers! I’ve been coming here for 7 years! Having lacked confidence with thin hair and its condition I walked in one day ! She sat with me and made it her personal challenge to get me feeling amazing ! I now have no anxiety but love for my hair ! She’s looked after it so well and I always trust her knowledge and her skills! She now even cuts my twins hair since they were 4! I always enjoy my times in the salon! My fave part is seeing her transform my hair and I leave feeling a million dollars! There is always a drink on offer ! Some lovely music! A great atmosphere! And the best little pup in there who if you like will happily give you some cuddles! A salon absolutely that goes above and beyond !!

I have been coming here for over 3 years during which Chantelle has always done me proud,. During this period I have had a number of hairstyles and a colour change. Chantelle is always warming and friendly,. The salon is super relaxed and very accommodating.

I had a lovely morning with Donna. The products are great and smell amazing, normally my hair goes very static at the hairdressers but not a problem today. I booked in to get my hair washed due to a recently broken collar bone and Donna was careful and sympathetic about washing,drying and straightening my hair. Very chatty and welcoming too. I will be recommending her to all my local friends and family.

I’ve been going to Donna’s for a few years now and would absolutely recommend it. I love the products that she uses which I also buy from her and that make my hair feel in great condition. She is so relaxed and friendly and gives great advice, my hair has never looked so good. Always a lovely experience.

Shannon is incredible (and easily the best of the best) at what she does, I visit her for a number of treatments including microblading & filler and the results are perfect every single time. I’m nervous around needles and she always does everything she can to make sure I’m feeling comfortable and relaxed. Loved my hot stone massage today! Explained to Sasha that I wanted a relaxing massage but that I was quite achy from my gym classes. She suggested a medium pressure and it felt amazing! Exactly how I wanted it! Made even better by the singer on the street outside!! What a playlist!! Thanks so much! X

I visited the Stamford Salon today for Royal Pedicure, lash tint and brow tint with Poppy. Poppy was lovely and took time to understand just what I wanted. She even managed to fit me in for a manicure which wasn’t pre-booked. All in all a very positive experience.

Everything was perfect about our experience! We had the 45 minute back, shoulder and neck massage as a birthday surprise for my sis, and all of the staff made it really special. The salon upstairs was clean, welcoming and smelt great. The massages themselves were so good and relaxing. If I lived in Stamford I’d be here all the time! Thanks for such a great experience.

Such a relaxing atmosphere, everywhere was exceptionally clean. The staff are all lovely and helpful. My treatment with Lucy was fantastic and the price of the treatment i think is a bargain. I left feeling completely relaxed and will now always use Stamford beauty. I can't wait to try the other treatments.

Had a power peel with Sarah today and my skin feels amazing, early days yet and will continue with the advised treatments for pigmentation but am so excited to get some results. I was advised to add the Tri-Wave MD Medical Certified Phototherapy to the end of the session for optimal results which I am delighted I did. Would highly recommend to anyone. Sarah is so knowledgeable and really knows how to help problematic skin wished I had booked in years ago.

One of the best pregnancy massages I’ve ever had! My lower back was so sore before and Rebecca really helped relieve some of the tightness and pressure that had built up over a stressful period. I had an amazing 30 minute shoulder and back massage with Maddie! The initial consultation was great to decide where my areas of tension were, what pressure I wanted and even what essential oil I preferred. The room was set up nicely and the steam bath really added to the calming atmosphere. Maddie responded really well to my back spasm areas and I left feeling really relaxed. I will definitely be back.

I’ve said this so many times since my massage today…THE BEST massage I have ever had. My husband purchased the ultimate stress buster massage as a present. I received a voucher which I forgot to bring but the lady on reception kindly found on the system no problem. The massage and facial were amazing. The room was so lovely, warm and relaxing. Lana’s technique really helped with how tense I was feeling. I asked for medium to firm pressure and it was perfect. Lana was friendly and professional. I will definitely return for this treatment.
