Sophie is incredibly talented, always takes her time, and pays attention to every detail, ensuring my nails and brows look perfect every time. Not only is she great at what she does, but she also makes the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Sophie’s friendly and professional demeanor always puts me at ease. I’ve also had Evie do my lash lifts and lash extensions in the past, and she’s equally amazing. Evie’s skill with lashes is unmatched — she’s meticulous, and my lashes always turn out looking natural yet stunning. She takes the time to understand exactly what I want and makes sure I leave feeling confident and happy. Both Sophie and Evie are masters at what they do and are genuinely lovely people.

It was my first time to do my nails and I was quite scared and excited at the same time. I needed to find a good salon that can do my nails as I have a wedding to attend to. I am so glad I found this place. Joyce has exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the results. Joyce made me feel very comfortable and the salon gives a good cosy feeling. Went for my first treatment and pamper session- what a wonderful establishment! The staff were flawless with their customer service and there were excellent precautions in place with consideration of covid 19. The treatment rooms are well laid out and there was a lovely heat mat on the massage bed to help you warm up and relax. Very good value for money, wonderful customer service and a clean environment. I will definitely be returning one day.

This was my first visit to the beauty retreat and I was very impressed. All safety precautions were taken to keep both clients and staff safe (full PPE worn, hand washing/sanitising for everyone, cleaning and wiping of surfaces customers touch, all customers possessions together in one box in treatment room etc). However even with all the extra safety precautions it felt like a completely normal treatment, the receptionist was friendly and chatty, even though I was the last client of a long day. The two therapists I spoke to were also welcoming, warm and friendly. A customer was leaving while I was waiting for my therapist (I was early) and she also was chatting away to her therapist as you would a good friend, it was just a nice atmosphere. The therapist who took me in for my Swedish back massage was very professional, it was a lovely way to unwind and chat, I would highly recommend the beauty retreat for a professional, friendly and safe service.

I'd like to thank Danni for a wonderful facial and foot massage today. I arrived feeling tired and jaded and left glowing! A very professional and relaxing treatment and a friendly and warm welcome. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

I have been to many Beauty Salons and had many treatments but none of them come close to this Salon.....and to Claire herself. The Salon is very relaxing and welcoming. The aromatherapy candles burning relax you the moment you walk in. I've just had my first intensive facial with Claire and it was beyond amazing. The products used are wonderful and Claire is not just the consummate professional she genuinely loves what she does. I have never had such a wonderful experience. My next two treatments are booked. Claire is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The products are amazing and the salon superb. I cannot recommend highly enough! The other salons have been Processco This one is Champagne....... Spoil yourself and pay a visit. You won't regret it.

Claire provides a fantastic service. I have been to her for gel polish on my hands and toes, eyebrow tinting and two wonderfully relaxing and nourishing facials. She is very professional in all of the treatments she provides and the products she uses. She also has a lovely, bubbly personality and is a delight to spend time with.
