I contacted Stamford Property Maintenance as I had a problem with my upstairs lights not turning off. Gareth arrived on time and had identified and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. As he was leaving we noticed water was coming through into the hall from the bathroom upstairs, so Gareth went up and fixed that too. Since then Gareth has fixed my side gate, changed a troublesome door lock, sorted out a roof leak and helped me to tile my kitchen. He is always friendly, punctual and happy to give advice. I cannot rate him highly enough. Thank you!

i was having problems with extractor fan flaps loose in the wind, and david was very helpful in explaining the best product to replace them with and how he'd carry out the jobs. the price was extremely competitive, david was very proactive in finding an early slot to fit me in for, and on the day was more than happy to field all the questions i had. would definitely recommend!

David Stroud came and fitted a garden pergola for us which attached to the bungalow. We are very happy and wouldn't have been able to complete the fitting without additional help due to the height and size.

Vladas and his workmen completely renovated my property and made it look brand new throughout, putting down joists and new floorboards, as well as wainskirting and new doors before painting and decorating. I must say it does look amazing and all my friends and relatives are very impressed with the transformation of what was quite a sad and old looking property! I was particularly pleased that Vladas allowed me to pay as he worked and even came with me to help choose all the items, letting me use his discounted cards to buy with. Vladas and his team have worked for me extensively over the last month. He has helped clear up after a leak, lay a wooden floor, tile the hall and lay a small amount of patio. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. He’s entirely reliable, if he tells you he will do something it will be done.
