Dean is professional, reliable, and communicative. He takes pride in his work, and was considerate of my home. We talked through options every day, and this allowed me to change my brief on the fly as appropriate. He has started work on my kitchen-diner and done a superb job so far, but I’ve had to put the work on hold, and he has been happy to accommodate that, and return when I am able to proceed. I have no hesitation in recommending.

After 5 years in our house and a host of renovations, the day finally came for us to turn more of our attention to the garden. First project? Our rather shabby fence which had been neglected for a good 20 years before we arrived. Dean and his team replaced no less than 26 panels (about 13/14 different types - some literally falling apart) along one of our borders in terrible weather conditions over 3/4 days. This included re-aligning to the legal boundary (thankfully we've got great neighbours who always had faith we'd get to it), installing no less than 23 new gravel boards and 26 posts, negotiating 5 trees and their bases/roots that had disrupted the line, clearing our border with the care that only a gardener can give and respecting our neighbour's property as much as ours. The result? 26 brilliant, smart new panels over 100 feet in length that are now in a straight line. All carried out with care, professionalism and respect at a competitive and fair price. We wanted a large patio constructed in the back garden together with a 6x3 metre gazebo sat on it. We also wanted some brick edging as a lawn border and some decking area reducing in size to be replaced with shingle. Dean came to us on recommendation, provided advice and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the job. It is now been completed to a very high standard in the timescales promised. He arrived each day at the time he said and worked some long days to give us the product we were promised. I would strongly recommend his company to anyone considering any similar projects.

Simon kindly fitted floating shelves, new blinds and guitar mounts for me into brick walls and plasterboard. Very professional and fast. Even spent some time discussing best positioning and layout, ended up giving a great suggestion for the guitar positioning. Looks great! Very pleased and will use again

Simon sorted them all within half a day. He was easy to contact, responsive and prompt, and did a professional, neat job. Lovely guy as well.

I contacted Simon at Cambridge Property Doctor for help with fixing a number of internal doors that wouldn’t fit properly. Simon arrived on time, was polite and cleaned up after himself. Christian is a lifesaver and absolute star. We had a serious leak from the back of our toilet which was gushing out every time it was flushed. Rats had come up the pipework and chewed through the flexi pipe at the back. Christian replaced it with thicker stronger piping to stop them. He was really busy but wasn't going to leave us in this situation. He made time for us. We have some DIY jobs needing doing next year and will be asking Christian to do them. Very friendly and honest, highly recommend.

Callum came recommended to us by our daughter and Son Inlaw. One of our bedroom ceilings was showing signs of damp. Callum arranged for our gable fronted roof valleys to be inspected and subsequently replaced. Very pleased with the quality of the work undertaken and the first rate customer service given to us.

This was an insurance claim due to storm damage to boundary wall and gate at my father in laws property. When I contacted Callum for a quote he came the same day, quickly provided the quote and once approved by the insurance company fitted the job in even though he was extremely busy. The finished wall looks great. Callum has excellent customer service and communication skills. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Callum came round to do some brickwork jobs. Tied in at one side and repointing of a chimney with some added roof works. I Had accepted a few quotes before but workmen never actually turning up to do the the job. Callum was efficient, good communication throughout and his guys did the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Wish I had contacted him 1st.

NOT your typical builders - Thanasi and his team are awesome went above and beyond to build our extension better than we would of imagined, even with delays out of their control from Building Regd they worked hard and finished on time. The whole team work hard from the moment they arrive and are polite, tidy and treat the job as if it were their own home. Nothing but praise for the whole team of JSP Home Improvements who have decorated the whole of our house with the exception of the bathroom. Punctual, reliable and a very high standard of workmanship would be an accurate description of the work carried out, I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and the willingness to do that extra bit to make the job perfect. Although they will follow the customer wishes, they are not afraid to offer ideas and make suggestions which, in our case, certainly work better than I could have imagined. Having met this father and son team nothing is too much trouble from start to finish,. Honest and reliable, they have completed a small renovation for me removing old plaster on our dining room stairs and hallway, painting, plastering, new skirting boards, and architrave, bricking up an old fireplace, installing a new loft hatch and ladder and much more. They were always here when they said they would be, gave us advise and on a couple of occasions came at very short notice when we hit a snag on other parts of our renovation. They were very hard working and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend them, and would 100% use them in the future.
