I had a water leak between Christmas and New Year; after trying two other companies who didn’t answer due to the time of year, I called Bernard – thankfully, he is very local.

He popped over within the hour (even though he wasn’t actually working). He cut out the leaking joint in what was a very tricky position and repaired it all, but it was still leaking due to the pipework being old and corroded. He cut out the pipework again, redid it all, and fixed the leak. I don’t know how he had the patience!

I couldn’t fault his work, tidiness and coming to our rescue on what should have been his Christmas break.

This is the 2nd time we have had Bernard complete work for us. This time he extended an existing bathroom to create an en-suite & replaced all of the utilities. He was the tidiest workman I know! His eye for detail, knowledge and advice were second to none. He was professional & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. I have absolutely no problems with recommending his services & would certainly have him back for our next project. Thank you Bernard for a job very well done!
