Booked George for a couple of plumbing jobs and can honestly say from the first point of contact to the completion of the jobs we received a 5 star service. He was quick to reply to messages and was very reliable. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the areas were left very clean and tidy, he was very knowledgable and one of the jobs required less work than was first believed and George was open and honest in a fix that would cost less. We would give more than 5 stars if we could, and have now found our new family plumber.

I was impressed with Dan's expertise and attention to detail and and desire to ensure the work was perfect - no fuss approach was refreshing! The installation of a new radiator into old pipework itself was quick and efficient, with minimal disruption to my day. He ensured the new radiator was securely mounted, properly connected to the heating system, and tested for leaks or any issues before leaving, plus he ensured the heating was well balanced. The radiator works perfectly, and price exactly as promised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them PFA for any plumbing or heating needs.

Excellent experience with Grays Plumbing and Heating. Emergency call out on a Friday evening due to my own mistake - Stacey was responsive and arrived within the hour. Resolved the issue promptly, very tidy work, and also provided lots of advice and assistance in getting the system refilled and pressurised. Fee was very reasonable. Can't recommend enough and we'll have no hesitation in using again for future plumbing work we need doing.

Called with a emergency late within the evening. He came out with 20 minutes due to water leak, from a old water tap connected to the machine washing. Very friendly, and welcoming when he arrived. I can not fault his professionalism. Helpful with this explanation to why to problems and willing to fix the issue with a better connector for the water pipe to the washing machine, within a few days so I won't be it. Happy to leave me his machine to help me to get the rest of the water sucked up. My honest opinion, 100% comes recommended from me. Number noted down for any further plumbing issues I may have within the future. ✨️✨️

Absolutely saved the day on Saturday when our oil boiler stopped working in the cold weather. I called lots of plumbers but as it was the weekend many weren't willing to help. Grays Plumbing called me back and talked me through the issue very patiently and I was able to sort it out. Can’t recommend Stacey enough! He is always our first thought for any plumbing job. He has fitted our en-suite and has also fitted us with new radiators. When my partner went through a water pipe on Saturday afternoon, he showed up in 5 minutes and repaired the pipe along with other extras needed. Always a brilliant job and couldn’t be a nicer bloke! If you choose optimum plumbing from Yaxley, be aware that in my opinion they are the best plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to contract. Simon the boss, he is a honest and professional person who has always given me fair quotes. I have used Simon and his team for over ten years. They have carried major plumbing works for me from installing a wonderful Worcester boiler in my loft, replacing old pipe work and installing new radiators. Working with the boss Simon are Bradley and Luke, both young but highly skilled and professional plumbers. I have known them since they were apprentices. I have seen them grow from that first stage to fully qualified plumbers who individually have carried out plumbing jobs for me. Both are polite diligent and tidy workers. This is all credit to Simon and his leadership and high professional standards. I know from the renovations I have done. No job is straight forward and problems do occur, the thing with Simon luke and Bradley is that they will go out of there way to resolve those issues. For me the are second to none,, and simply the best company and group of people I have ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. I highly recommended Optimum Plumbing especially the boss Simon and Bradley and Luke You can't go wrong with optimum.

Upon servicing my 24 year old boiler Simon discovered a problem which resulted in having to have a new boiler. He quickly provided a quote and his team fitted it 3 weeks later ( with Christmas break in between). Luke and Bradley are very trustworthy being left in my property, efficient and are a credit to the company I was impressed with how tidy everywhere was left as it wasn't a simple boiler replace. It had to be moved from downstairs to upstairs which caused extra work routing the gas pipes up. They kept me informed throughout. They even went that little bit extra and removed an old wasp nest in my loft. Thanks guys. Simon contacted me after to ensure everything was ok I used optimum to replace a boiler at my previous property 2 years ago and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our boiler eventually decided to stop working on Christmas Day morning! Simon came out to us a couple of days later and we now have heating and hot water. He was absolutely superb from start to finish, with communications on phone and face to face when he came to fit parts and get it working again. We will be using Optimum again in the near future. A HUGE thank you for sorting us out at a difficult time of the year when everyone usually stops work for a few days.

I cannot recommend Simon and his company highly enough. I first called Simon when I had a problem with my oil tank and also needed my oil boiler servicing early December. Simon was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and very professional whilst being super friendly. He solved the problem with my oil tank and talked about my boiler. I was very impressed that he phoned a couple of weeks later to check everything was working well. Moving to this week I had to call Simon as boiler developed a fault. Knowing my partner had health problems he attended friday evening without hesitation. Sadly boiler fault is terminal( corroded water tank) I have already spoken to Simon about moving to gas and he had supplied a fair quote to change over which I accepted because customer service like Simon provides is priceless. I’m looking forward to Simon fitting my new boiler knowing that it will have been installed to the highest standards.

We have used JDNA for boiler service for yearly service twice. We have been experiencing a crazy noise from the boiler when we opened hot water taps last year. We arranged an appointment for JDNA to have a look (responded quickly and gave more slots to choose from). They came down and had a look and showed the parts with build-up and cleaned it. We also had to change a part due to normal wear. The job was completed in one appointment. I have also carried out the yearly maintenance this year and am happy with it. I would choose them in the future again.

Simply the best. If you're looking for cheap don't waste their time. They provided an excellent, honest service at a fair price. Excellent service from quote to, to install, to invoice. What a great team of people. Quote was quick to be received via WhatsApp same day and was followed up by call from Hydrava to book appointment once I confirmed I would like to go ahead. A msg was sent on the day to advise when the plumber would arrive and availability to track their arrival and a picture of them. Plumber was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I received a certificate & record of the engineers visit afterwards, which included a picture of the work that was completed via email after the appointment, followed by an invoice which I could click a link and make a payment and there were other options to make payment. I am incredibly impressed of the processed start to finish I wish all companies in all industries worked in the same way. Truly excellent company to have work done on our property by. Professional throughout the works and planning. Carried out the work whilst we were on holiday and when a problem arose, messaged us straight away. Ended up needing to pick some tiles due to location of the shower whilst on holiday and asked for suggestions. We received a number of suggestions and a sketch to show where we needed new tiles which helped greatly with the decision making as it wasn't something we had even planned for. Came home to a new hot water tank, the pipes moved to where we had asked, some new tiling and a brand new shower install. Couldn't have asked for any more and will be reaching out to Hydrava whenever we need plumbing and heating works carried out in the future. It's hard to find a company you can trust especially when left to work when you are away, but Hydrava put me at ease and the quality of work speaks for itself. I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Professional and reliable. During the annual boiler checking and servicing, the gas engineer found there was a small amount of gas leak in the system. He carefully checked every single point and eventually had to take out the oven and found the gas leaking point was right underneath the gas hob. It was believed that the gas had been leaking for quite a long time. One important point I need to say is that the gas supply company had just replaced a new gas meter about a month ago, but they failed to find this gas leak during the meter replacement work.

Josh has carried many jobs for my family. Recently we had a new boiler fitted, Josh arranged a convenient date and done a wonderful job. A tradesman with professional attitude. He has also fitted 2 new bathrooms and new Wc furniture at a very competitive rate. He also reconfigured my daughters bathroom layout which looks so much better. We were recommended The Colberts so we gave them a call. Josh came out. We had multiple leaks on our heating system as it was very old. On inspection Josh explained that it was more cost effective to replace the heating system as it had multiple joints that were bodged. He quoted for the job & we were happy with the price. Less than we had expected. Josh fitted us in as the pipes were leaking & did all the job with no mess with floors put back down & carpet laid back down & cleared up. Couldn’t be more happy with the job. Would definitely recommend.

Great professional job replacing my boiler. Josh took time during a visit to quote to explain all my options. The boiler was replaced with care (a new kitchen had recently been installed) and I am delighted with the results.
