I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Harry has also been very helpful with the plumbing works and a good source of entertainment. A very friendly and happy business that I would definitely use again if needed.

The boiler was replaced with care (a new kitchen had recently been installed) and I am delighted with the results. We were recommended The Colberts so we gave them a call. Josh came out. We had multiple leaks on our heating system as it was very old. On inspection Josh explained that it was more cost effective to replace the heating system as it had multiple joints that were bodged. He quoted for the job & we were happy with the price. Less than we had expected. Josh fitted us in as the pipes were leaking & did all the job with no mess with floors put back down & carpet laid back down & cleared up. Couldn’t be more happy with the job. Would definitely recommend.

Josh has carried many jobs for my family. Recently we had a new boiler fitted, Josh arranged a convenient date and done a wonderful job. A tradesman with professional attitude. He has also fitted 2 new bathrooms and new Wc furniture at a very competitive rate. He also reconfigured my daughters bathroom layout which looks so much better. We are planning a new kitchen and Josh will carry out all works needed. As a manager in the construction industry Josh carries out all my plumbing jobs with a prompt and friendly attitude.

Urgent repair to leaking hot water tank on 23rd December. Water pouring through the ceiling and no hot water over Christmas. No plumbers available it seemed! Contacted Smartheat Plumbing. No problem they said. Engineer with us by 14.00. Hot water tank leak repaired. Summery…efficient, helpful and professional. The only negative was the job was v expensive. But given the time of year and the urgency of the fix, we were happy to pay.

I have started to use Smartheat this year, as my previous supplier has closed. I had a Boiler and Gas Fire serviced, and felt the engineer who came did a much more thorough inspection than I had seen previously. I did need some maintenance performed on the Boiler, and at the same time I had some repairs to two wash basins an also had a new tap fitted. I had a quote for all the work, apart from the labour charge for fitting the new tap. I was pleased with all the work undertaken, and the labour charge for fitting the new tap was less than I had expected. Overall so far I have been very pleased with the service given by Smartheat

I’ve contacted MJ Electrical/ Plumbing for a electric fault on my boiler so my house was freezing and cold, so Michael and Adrian did a fenomenal job, they found a lots of installation issues and mistakes that caused problems with my heating system. My boiler suddenly stopped working overnight, S.H Plumbing & Heating came out same day; the engineer identified the problem quickly, replaced the faulty part... all while being really friendly, polite, and helpful - kindly answering all my questions... and I now have a working boiler again!
