Matt has been such a great help when we needed it most. When our Air source heat pump packed in and the original fitters couldn’t attend, Matt stepped in to try and sort the problem. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Right from the initial conversation you can feel the professionalism of the company. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. TC Heating Guys are just fabulous! We had a whole wet room done including knocking down a wall and redirecting the underfloor heating. The Team arrived on time, they are professional at all times; their customer service is second to none throughout even when we changed our mind on things last minute etc, they were still accommodating without any avoidance of more work. They plastered, tiled and fit all the shower, toilet, basin facilities and pipes and the final version of the wet room is stunning. Thank you. We cannot recommend these guys enough and for any work like this or boiler work or pluming we will be calling them because they are so ethical and have such high standards. Fantastic service from Tim today. He came to address our under floor heating issues and to install three new Nest thermostats. He did what he said he was going to do (and some) .fitted a new condensing boiler removed a general boiler/ gas fire and old cistern tank . . and fitted a shower and two new rads . . He turned up when he said he was going to . And he was very professional I was very impressed I would highly recommend him X 😁

Rang 1st Alert Drain Services as an emergency with a blocked toilet. Response was excellent, answered the phone straight away and said they would be with me immediately. 2 minutes later Dave was there and within 15 minutes then issue was resolved. Can't praise Gas Solve highly enough, they stepped in after we had been let down by another company and arrived after an hour, assessed the problem, and fixed it, in less than an hour. No silly call out charges, they just billed us for the time their gas engineer was at the house, literally half an hours labour. I would recommend them to anyone in the area
