Called up expecting to have to wait a few days but Dave came out within the hour!! On the phone had given me a fixed price which was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. Excellent service, friendly and reliable. Would 100% recommend using Dave at 1st alert fuss free and solved the issue quickly!

Rang 1st Alert Drain Services as an emergency with a blocked toilet. Response was excellent, answered the phone straight away and said they would be with me immediately. 2 minutes later Dave was there and within 15 minutes then issue was resolved. Cannot praise Dave and the service highly enough and would recommend 1st Alert every time
