Nick has provided teaching lessons for my daughter for over 5 years. My daughter is now 10. Nick teaches in a variety of essential learning skills in line with national curriculum pathways, relevant to the current year of study. Nick has a good knowledge and understanding of national curriculum requirements at every level of reception and junior school level. He also teaches senior school kids. Additionally, Nick actively communicates with the schools to ensure his teaching sessions dovetail with the pupil. Nick was particularly invaluable during the pandemic, Providing additional on line sessions with my daughter. He continues to provide a great service at a reasonable price. Even when teaching online, he has a range of tools to ensure the child is engaged and is able to concentrate. He is professional and punctual. I would recommend to others who want their children to consolidate their learning.

Nick is a brilliant teacher who makes learning maths interesting and fun, my girls (ages 4-14) always look forward to his sessions. I am so thankful for these classes because my girls have grown in confidence and feel encouraged, supported and able to have a laugh all while learning so many new maths skills. Nick is such a great tutor he did some amazing work with my son and through some tricky times he tailored learning around his Minecraft passion and so learning became fun. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to get their child some support or extra learning. I even learnt from the experience and gave me some ideas and resources to use at home to extend the learning.

Nick is a highly experienced and professional tutor. Nick was able to engage my daughter in a way that caught her interest and individualised his sessions to make learning more interactive. Nicks experience was highlighted when he was able to identify that my daughter has some learning needs which were confirmed after by formal assessment. Nick gave feedback after each session which I found really helpful. I would absolutely recommend Nick as a tutor he went above and beyond for my daughter.

Claire and the team at Kip McGrath Scunthorpe turned around our daughter's key competencies in reading and maths around in a matter of months. Was a pleasure to see her confidence grow and this school has been instrumental in making that change. Have tried both their on-line and in school services and can recommend both. Five star service and teaching and we love the new location.

Clare and her team were absolutely amazing with my son Connor. Due to some of the Dyslexia work they were doing with Connor Clare recommended that Connor went to a specialist optometrist – it was thanks to this that we discovered my son had some serious eyesight problems on top of being dyslexic. At the centre they did some amazing work with him and really helped him with his reading ability. He made absolutely amazing progress and he is now at University but I don’t think any of that would have been possible without the work Clare and her team did with Connor.

I highly recommend Clare and the team at Scunthorpe Kip McGrath. All 4 of my children have benefited from being supported by them through sats, gcse’s and a child with dyslexia who now is excelling in all subjects. She is ready and confident for her GCSE’s. Without Clare and all of the team my children would never have achieved the goals and targets they have. May our relationship with the team at Kip continue for a few more years. A big thank you ☺️🙏

All 3 of my children have attended Kip McGrath at some point over the last 14 years. Clare has helped my 2 eldest kids tremendously with their reading & brought them up to a high standard. My youngest child he attended for 11 plus training recently. The staff went above & beyond with the parts he struggled with. I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience & professionalism & without KIP all 3 of my children wouldn't have achieved the results at school that they got. My thanks go to Clare in particular who has supported all 3 of my kids over the years.

Having just obtained my Level one and Two, IT, at this fine establishment, i have to commend the excellent staff. Friendly, encouraging and helpful to everyone, whilst maintaining their professionalism. They made the whole experiance enjoyable, and their teaching methods helped me complete my course, quickly and easily. I am all ready using the skills they taught me, so a great big thank you to them all.

Tutor Doctor in Hull have provided multiple courses for my children over the last 2 years. Their remote learning sessions are very well structured with full session reports and a dedicated online platform including guided learning hour logs and a full history for audit and revision purposes. The tutors were professional, knowledgeable and clearly worked to well-prepared lesson plans mirroring the exam syllabus. A big thumbs up from us.

The background work that Ian put in prior to our first meeting was excellent and on his initial visit he was extremely professional and spent a lot of time with my daughter listening to her needs and found out what parts of her A level biology course she needed help with . Ian was non judgemental and took time to find out what was important to her with her learning style and matched her with a great tutor called Celia. She is one lesson down and even now, is starting to believe that she can turn her grades around because of this

Fantastic professional local company. From the initial enquiry to the tutoring the whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Ian visited us in our home, was clearly, passionate about tutoring/education, and was clearly invested in improving outcomes. Through his conversations with my daughter he built a understanding of her needs, allowing him to match her with the best tutor for her. My daughter was anxious about whether tutoring would work for her, but she really enjoyed her first session. The tutor was amazing, an oxford student, with recent and relevant, GCSE experience. Ian was very helpful in the initial meeting, sharing useful resources, tips and ideas and showing us their learning platform. All enquiries were responded to swiftly and dealt with efficiently. A very well matched tutor that can cover multiple subjects was paired quickly with my son and he came away from the first session full of excitement and motivation for his next lesson.
