Absolutely outstanding service from ringing up and speaking to a lovely lady who dealt with this promptly and was so helpful she was able to get Damien here within an hour of myself ringing up! Called Pest Detective to look at a woodworm infestation in my loft. Andy promptly came out, had a look explaining what needed doing. Appointment made, two guys attended who thoroughly cleaned dust and cobwebs away before spraying. Everything, from start to finish was prompt and professional. Even the follow up report arrived within hours. Will recommend them to anyone.

Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. Andy removed many pigeons from under my solar panels and added a mesh to stop them returning. He did a great job all round, cleaning up behind them, cleaning the decking of pigeon poo and the conservatory roof. Highly recommended and I would use again if I have another wildlife infestation!

I had Pest Detective in a few days ago to sort out my problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. The pigeons were really getting to be a problem with their incessant "cooing" and messing, on the roof and over the roofs edge onto my driveway - gross! Andy's team were very professional, arrived when they said they would, set up their "working at height" safety system, and got to work. They evicted birds that were under the panels, removed nesting materials, and secured the whole area with a strong wire mesh to keep birds out in the future. To finish the job, they also cleared out general muck and pigeon droppings from the guttering - awful to think that that had been festering up there for several months! Overall, I was very impressed with Andy and his team at Pest Detective, and my thanks to them for solving what was getting to be a rather unpleasant problem quickly and efficiently.

Following a surveyors report highlighting a woodworm infestation, we contacted S.W.A.T pest control. Jeff came the next day and inspected the loft and confirmed the infestation, he explained the best form of treatment required in a way that was clear to understand. We arranged a suitable date to carry out the work required as discussed. Jeff & his colleague arrived at the time & date agreed. They carried out the work professionally, they respected our property and left the area clean & tidy. Fantastic service I had a problem with rats in my workshop and was concerned about the damage they mite be causing as I had found some chewed wires , we called swat pest control after a friend recommended them to me. They came out for free and told me how they would treat the infestation and showed me exactly why we had a rat problem and where it was coming from .
