Following a surveyors report highlighting a woodworm infestation, we contacted S.W.A.T pest control. Jeff came the next day and inspected the loft and confirmed the infestation, he explained the best form of treatment required in a way that was clear to understand. We arranged a suitable date to carry out the work required as discussed. Jeff & his colleague arrived at the time & date agreed. They carried out the work professionally, they respected our property and left the area clean & tidy. We found Jeff to be polite and knowledgeable and would not hesitate to recommend S.W.A.T to anyone.

Fantastic service I had a problem with rats in my workshop and was concerned about the damage they mite be causing as I had found some chewed wires , we called swat pest control after a friend recommended them to me. They came out for free and told me how they would treat the infestation and showed me exactly why we had a rat problem and where it was coming from . I had Pest Detective in a few days ago to sort out my problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. The pigeons were really getting to be a problem with their incessant "cooing" and messing, on the roof and over the roofs edge onto my driveway - gross! Andy's team were very professional, arrived when they said they would, set up their "working at height" safety system, and got to work. They evicted birds that were under the panels, removed nesting materials, and secured the whole area with a strong wire mesh to keep birds out in the future. To finish the job, they also cleared out general muck and pigeon droppings from the guttering - awful to think that that had been festering up there for several months! Overall, I was very impressed with Andy and his team at Pest Detective, and my thanks to them for solving what was getting to be a rather unpleasant problem quickly and efficiently.

Andy has netted my solar panels and removed the pigeons from nesting underneath. His communication was great, he priced when he said he would, turned up as promised, cleaned up after his visit and sent the guarantee same day. I really cannot recommend him enough! Andy removed many pigeons from under my solar panels and added a mesh to stop them returning. He did a great job all round, cleaning up behind them, cleaning the decking of pigeon poo and the conservatory roof. Highly recommended and I would use again if I have another wildlife infestation!

Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so.
