Mark came today to deal with a wasps nest under a fascia board. He was efficient, knowledgable and friendly. I would happily recommend Mark and will use him again for any further pest problems.

Mark came to us one morning to deal with a wasps nest under the lead on the roof. True to his word the wasps were gone by tea time. We also had mice in our loft which Mark dealt with in a very professional way. We would certainly recommend him for any pest problems you may have.

I am not one to write reviews at all, but the customer service from Mark was absolutely excellent. After dealing with the issue of the wasps nest we had in the roof he spent a good deal of time talking to us about other options. Mark clearly knows his stuff and was really helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to see an expert in the field who cares about what they do.

Mark was great. excellent communication beforehand, When he got here, he explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how the wasps would react to the powder. Now 4 days after and the wasps have not been back. What more can you ask for. Would definitely use him again if I needed his services again.

Tom came and treated a holiday cottage we have for house flies. He’s a very pleasant and professional chap and really has a fastidious approach to his work. Would highly recommended!

Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.

First time we've used this company and we were very impressed. Rang one afternoon and Ryan turned up right on time the next day. After making a few suggestions on how to avoid wasp nests he dealt with our issue and within an hour the problem had gone.

Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! Was able to completely remove the nest & remove the debris safely. Very very impressed with this service would 100% recommended & 100% use again

Amazing service from start to finish. Luke was amazing right from the off. His communication was excellent and after speaking to him I felt at ease. I was a little worried about him judging me but I felt so happy after speaking to him. He offered to travel to me over 100 miles away and worked his diary around my availability. Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. We will definitely call on Andy again if further pest control work is required.

Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! Couldn’t recommend anyone else !very kind and considerate, even checked on the joining house too! Thank you very much

As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. We have a maintenance contract with them and they keep an eye on everything for us.

We thought we had a potential wasp nest on the garden. Giulio came within 15 mins of calling him, took a look, explained there was no nest but just honey bees feeding on the tree. He was very informative and patient, would recommend him.
