Very impressed with the service I received. I was a little concerned prior to my appointment as I knew the practice had been recently taken over. However, I didn't need to worry as Dr. Alex's high standards are clearly being maintained by the new dentist. Very friendly staff. I felt the treatment I was given was first class and have every confidence that my dental care will be to a high standard.

Popped in to ask for some advice on a gum problem. Saw a nice dentist who explained a few things and hopefully I will get the problem resolved. The staff were all very lovely which helped keep me at ease as I have a phobia of dentists

Had my first appointment today at Willows Dental and it exceeded expectations. The initial check up I received was very thorough and I even had Dr Jayesh talk me through the X-rays of my teeth and he give me an excellent explanation of everything he could see in the pictures and offered recommendations for the future. All staff were so polite and I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking a dentist or a change of dentist. Many thanks Jayesh and the team.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Patel and he was brilliant. I’m a very nervous patient and I was anxious about changing to a new dentist, but I left feeling like I was in very good hands. Dr. Patel was very thorough, very attentive, and talked me through his thoughts on my possible treatment and made me feel like my input was valued. I don’t think I’ll ever get over my fear of the dentist, but it’s a nice change to have a dentist that isn’t dismissive about it. I highly recommend!

Newly registered at Rose Cottage. My first appointment with Mr Mantle was great. He was thorough and discussed a dental plan with me. I’ve now had the recommended treatment which was carried out professionally and promptly. I have found Mr Mantle and all the team friendly and kind. I’m extremely anxious attending the dentist but they’ve all made me feel completely relaxed. I would highly recommend the practice and have already recommended it to my family.

I have been petrified of the dentist for many years. Since going to Rose Cottage I’ve lost that fear and every single member of staff is always warm and welcoming. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have recently had three dental implants at Lincoln Dental and Implant Studio. Wasif and his team have provided a first class service. The standard of care and professionalism from all the staff is of the highest quality and I have been delighted with my new implants. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

So thankful for the dedicated care and attention my son received after damaging his two front teeth today. We were lucky enough to see a dentist the same day and they repaired his teeth to the point that you can't tell that they were broken at all. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. All round caring professional service from all the staff here. Highly recommend.

We received a warm welcome on arrival, which put my (nervous) son at ease straight away. I had complete dentures fitted by Greg a few months ago. He was so caring and went above and beyond to make me feel totally comfortable. Best dentures I've had, perfect fit and very comfortable from the start, I no longer need any adhesive like i did with my badly fitting NHS dentures. Thanks to the dental studio I have my life back. I was recommended to the Denture Studio as I had an acrylic denture which was awful and decided to invest with a chrome denture. From the first appointment Gregory Jones was so helpful, informative, professional and kind. He showed me different dentures I could have but I decided on having a chrome denture. Today I picked up my completed denture which already I feel that I am talking better and it feels so different and so much more comfortable than my old acrylic denture. I have no hesitation in recommending The Denture Studio and thank them so much for all they have done for me. I am a very happy customer.

Both me and a friend decided we needed some new dentures. A friend told us about the fantastic care and attention given to her when she was replacing dentures. Everything she told us was spot on. Absolutely lovely, gave me really good advice on differnt techniques on where i need to focus on when cleaning my gums and teeth. I'm a really anxious and nervous person when it comes to the dentist. However, both the dentist and hygienist were very attentive and thorough. They go the extra mile to put my mind at ease. They also remember me from last time and make it a more pleasant experience. Having been abandoned by my lifelong dentist at BUPA in the Strait following the retirement of the wonderful Mr Bayes I feared not getting a dentist. Total luck bought me to Birchwood Dentist for another purpose and I have to say I am very lucky. Julie and her reception staff are friendly and attentive and the dental practitioners are professional but happy to spend time giving full explanations of what they are going to do. Very good value on the Denplan as well so no longer any need to worry. Thank you Birchwood

I've only just become a patient due to my long term dentist retiring and received a lovely welcome from the staff. I then developed a problem which was very painful. I was given priority and prescribed antibiotics which soon alleviated the problem with a further appointment the following week. All this but also such kindness and understanding.

I was a patient of Theo Visser who was the best dentist ever. After he retired I was reffered to Daisy Varley. I was very apprehensive but she has just sorted my teeth out and I have no issues with her. She has a lovely manner and the procedure was painless. I would highly recommend her and I am gutted that she too is leaving 😢 now what?

I have severe dental trauma and going to the dentist is terrifying for me. Elegant smiles were amazing, patient, professional, and kind. I actually looked forward to my appointments because I knew I was in good hands and they helped me a lot. I would recommend this dentist to anyone especially if you are scared of dentists.

I have been a patient of Carholme Dental Practice for many years now, and always received a very friendly professional service there. The practice has a pleasant atmosphere, and caters for both private and NHS patients, I never have any problems getting an appointment at a time to suit me. The dental surgeons are excellent and always give proper transparent explanations for any treatments that may be needed. Free 2 hour parking is available within approx 50 meters of the practice, I’ve always found a vacant space when attending the practice. I’d highly recommend this practice.

The hygienist and the nurse were kind, caring and efficient, taking particular account of my bad back, for which I was very grateful. My teeth feel great. I was also given helpful advice on teeth cleaning, which was appreciated. All in all, an excellent experience.

You get a text appointment reminder and a link that allows you to complete forms online prior to the appointment. Check in at reception was quick and friendly. I arrived early and actually got to see my dentist early. She gave me a through check up and was also friendly and professional. The whole experience was good.

I'm autistic, and this dentist is VERY understanding of my specific needs, particularly related to periods of poor dental hygeine when I've been depressed. She always takes her time to make sure I understand what's happening. Honestly I would expect this level of understanding in a specialist unit or privately, it's incredibly rare to see this time taken these days especially with dentists. If you struggle with anything like that please let them know, and they'll go out of their way to help you and most importantly keep your teeth healthy.
