Both me and a friend decided we needed some new dentures. A friend told us about the fantastic care and attention given to her when she was replacing dentures. Everything she told us was spot on. We both are delighted with everything. Gregory and Joanne are a brilliant team, nothing was to much trouble.We came away extremely happy with the new dentures and would say to anyone needing new dentures go to them you will be very pleased you did.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband Ken Jones ‘After breaking the top plate of my dentures Greg did an emergency repair which was amazing & I'm sure would have lasted for quite some time but I felt it was time for a new set. I asked Greg to make them & I’m so pleased that I did. Both him & his wife Johanna are very caring, professional people who made me feel comfortable throughout & I now have a set of perfectly fitting dentures. I cannot praise or recommend them enough’ Thank you.

I had complete dentures fitted by Greg a few months ago. He was so caring and went above and beyond to make me feel totally comfortable. I have had the dentures a few months now and have to admit I have never had more comfortable and well fitting dentures. They have totally changed my life. I was recommended to the Denture Studio as I had an acrylic denture which was awful and decided to invest with a chrome denture. From the first appointment Gregory Jones was so helpful, informative, professional and kind. He showed me different dentures I could have but I decided on having a chrome denture. Today I picked up my completed denture which already I feel that I am talking better and it feels so different and so much more comfortable than my old acrylic denture. I have no hesitation in recommending The Denture Studio and thank them so much for all they have done for me. I am a very happy customer.

I've only just become a patient due to my long term dentist retiring and received a lovely welcome from the staff. I then developed a problem which was very painful. I was given priority and prescribed antibiotics which soon alleviated the problem with a further appointment the following week. All this but also such kindness and understanding.

I have been with Stella since I was 16 which is now 27 years! And I have always had excellent treatment both from Stella and the nurses, the practice is always clean and tidy to a high standard, and has what I call the "clinical dental smell" The only time I may change dentists is when Stella retires!!.

I had a wisdom tooth taken out today & upon entering the room, the dentist asked me how I was & I told him I was nervous. I've never had any procedure done to my teeth except your usual scale & polish so this was extremely anxiety-inducing. The gentleman explained the entire thing & was so reassuring that I was happy with what was going to happen & the aftercare was explained by a lovely nurse who made sure I was okay. The worst part was the numbing injection - the actual tooth removal was over in about 10 seconds!! I would highly recommend this clinic (I know I was likely just lucky regarding my tooth) but the staff are so friendly & calming. It's likely I'll need another wisdom tooth out in the future & I won't be so scared next time. Thank you BUPA team!

I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction which I expected to be tricky to remove. My dental surgeon and nurse were both very professional and able to keep me calm and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I was surprised at how quick it was done and was so pleased with their care. The ladies on the phone when booking were extremely pleasant and caring too, so my thanks go to the whole team.

Was referred here to have a tooth taken out. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. I arrived this morning for my appointment, feeling nervous as always at the dentist. But I was made to feel calm and relaxed straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout the process. Dental nurse was so lovely and chatty which helped keep me calm. For years, I've had a genuine fear of dentists and, whilst I've always cleaned my teeth regularly, I've known this is not enough. Years of drinking strong coffee left my teeth badly stained and I felt embarrassed about them. Several months ago I managed to register with Castle Dental Care and, oh, I wish I'd done it before! From my first appointment, I was made welcome. A plan was drawn up to correct and whiten my teeth. Moulds were made of my top and bottom set and each evening I inserted drops of gel. Very simple and comfortable. Fast forward to yesterday and I have teeth I am no longer embarrassed about and I feel confident to smile properly again. My teeth also look much less crooked and as they should. Castle Dentists are a small, but busy, Team and there is a happy, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Kat is superb in what she does and explains everything carefully. There is no pressure whatsoever and you are 100% involved in your Care Plan. I was also pleasantly surprised at the very fair costs. I am delighted with my treatment and so grateful to Dr Kat and the superb Team at Castle Dental Care. 100% Recommended. Thank You!

We registered at this practice when we moved to North Hykeham on another patients recommendation, so glad we did we cant recommend them highly enough, both dentists here are really nice and very patient, in fact all of the staff are pleasant helpful and very welcoming, if your looking for a caring dental surgery then this is the place to go, you wont regret your choice if you register here its lovely

Cannot rate Neil Appleby high enough, he is very passionate about his job with extremely high standards, very kind and makes you feel at ease. Been at other dental surgeries over the years which have been not great experiences for neither me or my husband but would highly recommend Neil as he is the best by far.

I had to get to the age of 27 before finding a dentist that seemed to actually care about my teeth. For years I've had dentists question my intelligence, perform bad work, wanting to take out teeth as a first option, and try to charge me when I know I shouldn't be. Neil Appleby has fixed a problem tooth I had for months. He did everything he could to try and save it. He listened to me. He was kind. He was calming. He clearly cares and is passionate about his work. All of the dental nurses that have been there have been super friendly and reception are always so welcoming. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

Have been a patient of Adrian Wilson for many years and always found all the staff to be exceedingly helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I recently lost a front tooth which had been crowned for more years than I care to remember. Phoned up at 8 o’clock, was seen before 10am and went back late afternoon and my denture had been reworked to include a new tooth. Fitted brilliantly without any adjustment and looks really good. Truly outstanding service

Absolutely lovely, gave me really good advice on differnt techniques on where i need to focus on when cleaning my gums and teeth. I'm a really anxious and nervous person when it comes to the dentist. However, both the dentist and hygienist were very attentive and thorough. They go the extra mile to put my mind at ease. They also remember me from last time and make it a more pleasant experience. Honestly, most people hate the dentist, but i love Aisha my dentist, and her assistant. They talk you through step by step of every procedure, VERY informative and all round bubbly and kind atmosphere, great when visiting with the kids. Amazing team from bookings to treatment. This is precisely what our city needs, please don’t ever leavvvveeeeeee !!
