Cannot rate Neil Appleby high enough, he is very passionate about his job with extremely high standards, very kind and makes you feel at ease. Been at other dental surgeries over the years which have been not great experiences for neither me or my husband but would highly recommend Neil as he is the best by far.

The most friendly, professional and polite staff members I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a client of Neil Appleby for almost 17 years and I have never had a single glimmer of a negative experience. Just wish there was room to enroll my partner as a client as she’s been passed from pillar to post at other Lincoln dental surgeries with wrong diagnosis or shoddy (and expensive) dental work

Never asks for reviews but really does deserve them. An easy to work with dentist who I wish I did this for earlier.

We registered at this practice when we moved to North Hykeham on another patients recommendation, so glad we did we cant recommend them highly enough, both dentists here are really nice and very patient, in fact all of the staff are pleasant helpful and very welcoming, if your looking for a caring dental surgery then this is the place to go, you wont regret your choice if you register here its lovely

Both me and a friend decided we needed some new dentures. A friend told us about the fantastic care and attention given to her when she was replacing dentures. Everything she told us was spot on. We both are delighted with everything. Gregory and Joanne are a brilliant team, nothing was to much trouble.We came away extremely happy with the new dentures and would say to anyone needing new dentures go to them you will be very pleased you did.

Best dentures I've had, perfect fit and very comfortable from the start, I no longer need any adhesive like i did with my badly fitting NHS dentures. Thanks to the dental studio I have my life back. My new dentures look natural, are very comfortable, and I can eat and talk normally again.Greg And Jo are very nice and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend The Lincoln Dental Studio.

I was recommended to the Denture Studio as I had an acrylic denture which was awful and decided to invest with a chrome denture. From the first appointment Gregory Jones was so helpful, informative, professional and kind. He showed me different dentures I could have but I decided on having a chrome denture. Today I picked up my completed denture which already I feel that I am talking better and it feels so different and so much more comfortable than my old acrylic denture. I have no hesitation in recommending The Denture Studio and thank them so much for all they have done for me. I am a very happy customer.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband Ken Jones ‘After breaking the top plate of my dentures Greg did an emergency repair which was amazing & I'm sure would have lasted for quite some time but I felt it was time for a new set. I asked Greg to make them & I’m so pleased that I did. Both him & his wife Johanna are very caring, professional people who made me feel comfortable throughout & I now have a set of perfectly fitting dentures. I cannot praise or recommend them enough’ Thank you.

I had a wisdom tooth taken out today & upon entering the room, the dentist asked me how I was & I told him I was nervous. I've never had any procedure done to my teeth except your usual scale & polish so this was extremely anxiety-inducing. The gentleman explained the entire thing & was so reassuring that I was happy with what was going to happen & the aftercare was explained by a lovely nurse who made sure I was okay. The worst part was the numbing injection - the actual tooth removal was over in about 10 seconds!! I would highly recommend this clinic (I know I was likely just lucky regarding my tooth) but the staff are so friendly & calming. It's likely I'll need another wisdom tooth out in the future & I won't be so scared next time. Thank you BUPA team!

Was referred here to have a tooth taken out. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. I arrived this morning for my appointment, feeling nervous as always at the dentist. But I was made to feel calm and relaxed straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout the process. Dental nurse was so lovely and chatty which helped keep me calm. I recently had a tooth extraction at Bupa Dental Care Lincoln's office. The staff were friendly and made the experience as comfortable as possible. I appreciated their professionalism and care throughout the visit.

I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction which I expected to be tricky to remove. My dental surgeon and nurse were both very professional and able to keep me calm and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I was surprised at how quick it was done and was so pleased with their care. The ladies on the phone when booking were extremely pleasant and caring too, so my thanks go to the whole team.

I've only just become a patient due to my long term dentist retiring and received a lovely welcome from the staff. I then developed a problem which was very painful. I was given priority and prescribed antibiotics which soon alleviated the problem with a further appointment the following week. All this but also such kindness and understanding.

I have been with Stella since I was 16 which is now 27 years! And I have always had excellent treatment both from Stella and the nurses, the practice is always clean and tidy to a high standard, and has what I call the "clinical dental smell" The only time I may change dentists is when Stella retires!!.

I have recently had three dental implants at Lincoln Dental and Implant Studio. Wasif and his team have provided a first class service. The standard of care and professionalism from all the staff is of the highest quality and I have been delighted with my new implants. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

So thankful for the dedicated care and attention my son received after damaging his two front teeth today. We were lucky enough to see a dentist the same day and they repaired his teeth to the point that you can't tell that they were broken at all. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. All round caring professional service from all the staff here. Highly recommend.

Fabulous dentist. All members of the team I have encountered have been excellent - from the reception team, Hygenist Vicky, my dentist and their assistants. Practice is always clean and has a spacious comfortable waiting area.

Have been a patient of Adrian Wilson for many years and always found all the staff to be exceedingly helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I recently lost a front tooth which had been crowned for more years than I care to remember. Phoned up at 8 o’clock, was seen before 10am and went back late afternoon and my denture had been reworked to include a new tooth. Fitted brilliantly without any adjustment and looks really good. Truly outstanding service

Having been abandoned by my lifelong dentist at BUPA in the Strait following the retirement of the wonderful Mr Bayes I feared not getting a dentist. Total luck bought me to Birchwood Dentist for another purpose and I have to say I am very lucky. Julie and her reception staff are friendly and attentive and the dental practitioners are professional but happy to spend time giving full explanations of what they are going to do. Absolutely lovely, gave me really good advice on differnt techniques on where i need to focus on when cleaning my gums and teeth. I'm a really anxious and nervous person when it comes to the dentist. However, both the dentist and hygienist were very attentive and thorough. They go the extra mile to put my mind at ease. They also remember me from last time and make it a more pleasant experience. Really happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I had my check up on Monday and would like to say how friendly and efficient the young lady on reception was. I was soon called in and looked after by the always professional and cheerful Ayaz. I had no treatment apart from an X-ray and all was fine and came away feeling reassured and proud of my teeth! Thank you 🤩

Honestly, most people hate the dentist, but i love Aisha my dentist, and her assistant. They talk you through step by step of every procedure, VERY informative and all round bubbly and kind atmosphere, great when visiting with the kids. Amazing team from bookings to treatment. This is precisely what our city needs, please don’t ever leavvvveeeeeee !!

I couldn’t recommend Lincoln Smile Centre enough. I have had multiple treatments here and all have been brilliant experiences. Both my upper wisdom teeth were extracted by Tom who made me feel at complete ease and had them out exceptionally quick. He was also very accommodating given I was on a delayed train from London, and was more than happy to wait (on a Friday evening!) for me to arrive. I also underwent my Invisalign journey with Tom which has given me so much more confidence. The experience was smooth sailing and took just 10 months.

Before I found the smile centre I had a awful experience from my previous dentist leaving me very nervous. I came hear and instantly didn’t felt judged and every procedure I needed was discussed in great detail . I can honestly Say Imogen has been amazing with me. Not only has she created the smile I never thought I could possible have , she is more then just a dentist she knows my behaviour and emotions and has really made me feel confident sitting in the chair. Between her a Leslie (who has also allowed me to humm my heart out when nervous & who goes above and beyond to keep me calm) I can honestly say I look forward to what work i have done because the outcome is always more then I could ever expect and the level of care and effort and professionalism they put it really is incredible so thank you !

I don't write many reviews but the team at Lincoln Smile Centre deserve an amazing review! I've always hated going to the dentist but since joining Smile in 2022, I now have no fear or worry going to the dentist. It is a lovely clean and friendly environment. You are greeted by the friendly reception team as soon as you walk in, with a personal touch. Imogen is an asset to Lincoln Smile and I'm so pleased my whole family are now in her very capable hands. I feel very lucky to have Lincoln Smile Centre as my registered dentist. Everyone is so friendly. Lisa is an AMAZING dentist and did an excellent job changing a bad filling I previously had at a different dental practice. I can't recommend Lincoln Smile Centre enough!
