I have recently undergone Tscan digital bite therapy. I had a bite disorder, which had developed over time to cause jaw and tooth pain . Petros recognised the symptoms and recommended this treatment. I am please to say that following this process my bite disorder has been corrected and the jaw and tooth pain has been resolved. Petros has been excellent and very considerate throughout, thoroughly explaining each stage in detail during the treatment process. I have been with this dentist for quite a while & have always received great service but this week the dentist went above & beyond for us. Our 7 year old son came off his scooter and chipped his adult tooth, over 45% had gone. The dentist spent so much time & care on repairing the tooth with composite bonding. He did everything in his power to make sure we (the parents) were happy with the work completed. He spent a long time with us and was very patient when answering our questions - we queried that there was a slight colour difference in the bonding & Oscar’s next tooth and the dentist thoroughly explained the reasons why (fluorosis in existing tooth). As a private patient I was expecting to pay a significant amount for Oscar’s repair but to our surprise we didn’t have to pay anything!! Amazing place, credit to the reception staff & dental nurse too. Recommended to everyone.

Been coming here for a few years now after eventually finding an NHS dentist. Always charming staff and good level of dentistry carried out. Different techniques from the different dentists. Most recent visit though was a different tact all together as I was questioned more about my health, lifestyle, diet and general well-being. Which I suppose is a good thing but was a shock though. Biggest shock was yet to come when had a bill for over £26 just for a check up. No wonder people don’t go to the dentist ! I need an extraction but fear the dentist too much to have it done - last time they nearly pulled my head off and it hurt so much that I stopped it. Dentists aren’t a pleasant experience at the best of times but something we all have to endure I suppose

I am receiving excellent gum treatment from Fen House Dental Practice in Spalding I hadn’t been regularly to a dentist for many years for fear of losing my teeth. Absolutely amazing dentist! My son was very anxious about having a procedure today but Hatem was brilliant with him and made him feel much more at ease. He was patient and talked to him throughout which made the whole experience a lot less traumatic. The care we received was first class and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been using Pinchbeck Dental Surgery for several years now, since moving into the area. Let's be honest, I don't think anyone enjoys visiting the dentist but Siri and the team always make me feel at ease and I can now attend without the anxiety that I have experienced at my previous dental surgeries. I needed some physical therapy after a fall a few days before. My left arm was in a lot of pain. My friend in Pinchbeck recommended Mani and he was right. Mani is very professional and and did a good diagnosis of my issue. I had only two sessions since I was scheduled to go to Edinburgh right after the second one. Mani predicted correctly that my pain would lessen after a few days. I would not hesitate to seek out Mani if I have physical issues while in Pinchbeck..

Saw me super quick, Emma going above and beyond to fit me in when my tooth was raging and needed pulling. Saw Andre and Debbie who were both brilliant. My teeth aren't the best but there was no judgement just focus on the problem at hand. Numbing gel, painless injection, painless extraction, and no rushing to get you you out, making sure everything was good before discharge. Highly recommended establishment, excellent staff.

After losing my NHS dentist of 37 years and no hope of finding a new one I chose to shop around before I opted for a new dentist. On visiting this dentist the receptionist Kay was friendly and welcoming explaining everything I needed and assuring me of the surgeries commitment to listening to patients. So I booked in for 1st time check up and was seen by Darko 6 days later. Darko was really good putting me at ease and chatting drawing out information from me and providing feedback. The check up went fine with no issues but I was provided some new tips for my oral hygiene regime. I have to say in conclusion that I feel so lucky to have found a lovely dental service with a friendly receptionist and a good dentist who is not just pushing implants and other things at you. Highly recommended and would say to readers - give them a go - I think you will find them spot on. John C

I had a dental problem which I needed sorting out with some urgency. I was seen by the dentist the same day and given some antibiotics as I needed an extraction. A few days later I was back at the dentist to have the extraction carried out. The dental practice worked with speed and professionalism. They were all friendly and courteous to me throughout the whole thing. I would like to thank the whole reception team, Luke (the dental surgeon) and his assistant for their kind and helpful treatment throughout. I cannot recommend this dental surgery highly enough. If you are looking for a dentist, give them a call. Thank you all once again.

Dr Israr is a modern-day Michelangelo, sculpting teeth. My back story……. I approached a local dentist last September (2023) with regards to having some dental work to repair my very worn 2 front teeth. The practice signed me up to a monthly insurance package, and a ‘treatment plan’ to prepare my teeth for the repair work I wanted. After a year of waiting with promises of my new front teeth, and paying over £400 for some initial remedial treatment, I was then informed that the treatment required to change my 2 front teeth would cost £16,700, because I had a bad bite and would need work on all my teeth to rectify. The dentist in question was really rather proud that he had access to brand new technology to take scans of my teeth yet had to refer to his colleague on how to work it....... I asked him if we could maybe do the work in stages as I could not afford £16,700. He said no, because my bite was bad, and it was all or nothing. My new story…… On further research I found Elegant Smiles. I made an appointment and met with Dr Israr Razaq and explained where I was at, and he was extremely professional, listening to my wishes. Dr Isra ‘scanned’ my teeth with total ease, using the same equipment my old dentist had boasted about but didn’t actually know how to use! Dr Isra then sent me a personal video, showing my teeth (scary…….are they my teeth?!) He talked through the video, detailing the work he would like to do, along with an explanation regarding my bite, and how it would settle once the work was completed. Once I had agreed to Dr Isra’s course of treatment, I had another appointment for him to take “pattern work” impressions that would show the final look. On the next appointment, he applied “pattern work” to my teeth and they looked amazing, even though it was a mock up. Dr Isra’s idea was to do composite veneers on 5 of my upper teeth and replace an old porcelain crown. He also explained that composite veneers would not have the ‘shelf life’ of porcelain, which I found very honest (I already knew this via Google) but if I get maybe 8 years on the composite, I can start saving for porcelain ……. To give an idea of cost, for my beautiful smile, amazingly £3,300. My son and daughters have shown my teeth to their colleagues, and they all say how amazing my teeth look In a nutshell, Dr Isra I say again, Michelangelo, sculpting in teeth. I have attached some photos to show before and after and the last one is me today, still smiling. I have actually put a small mirror in my kitchen so I can gaze at all times. My confidence has risen ten-fold, and I am smiling more than ever before.

Today was my third visit to Elegant Smiles and again greeted by the lovely reception crew, Darcy, Solvie and Emily. I then went to see my Knight in shining armour Conor for my examination who always puts me at ease and takes plenty of time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. Then I went to see Hasan for the first time! He was so lovely and gentle and put me at ease with my first time at the hygienist. I have always been a very nervous patient due to past experiences as a child, but thanks to the lovely team I have now regained my trust. Would highly recommend!

I’m a nervous patient and have had bad dental experiences in the past. So I was dreading having a filling. But my appointment at Fen House Gosberton couldn’t have gone better. I was seen on time so I didn’t have to sit worrying in the waiting room. The dental team was welcoming, calm and efficient. Everything was explained to me during the process. My dentist and her assistant were very empathic, understanding and good with me as I missed my last appointment due to a family emergency. The dentist treated me for 4 fillings in my appointment, one of which was quite deep and we agreed to try without any anesthetic. I also received hygiene treatment The dentist put me at ease, and listened to everything I had to say. She was patient and professional throughout my appointment, that lasted for over an hour. And I was only charged once under the NHS banding costs for all work done. Very happy with their service!

New to the area, registered my interest online and received a call within a month to book an appointment. They called on a Friday and had me booked in for the Monday. Receptionist was very welcoming to both me and my toddler, he was also extremely helpful when booking follow up appointments. The Dental Team were also very nice, great with my son during his first dental appointment and while I had my check up.

I am so scared to go to the dentist and have never been able to go on my own however I had to have 4 fillings and went alone. The dentist was amazing. So patient with me and went at my pace. Her dental nurse was also reassuring me the whole time. Not having the injections was a real bonus for me as well and I would definately recommend this practise.
