I'm one of the old school, who had experienced school dentists! Put me off dentists for life. 30 years ago I found a good one, but moved too far away to keep going there. The hunt was on fir 17 years to find any dentist. Luck had it, the Broadway were taking on NHS patients. Driving to my appointment was one of fear, thinking back to the old days! My treatment was the total opposite! Roh (Rohith Abraham) was totally amazing. I felt comfortable as soon as I sat on the dentist chair. His assistant was lovely too. After discussing a treatment plan, Roh understood my apprehension and also my consciousness to the state of my teeth. Although the treatment plan will take some time to complete, I came out with a totally different smile. Gone were the awful blemishes on my teeth and the broken gap between my two front teeth. Just like that! I'd always been consciousness of my smile and here I was beaming from ear to ear. WOW what an experience. My new look was revealed to me. No pain, nothing uncomfortable, just a new found confidence. I wanted to cry with happiness, but being a grown woman I decided against it. I can't wait to go back for the next step. A great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Highly recommended, although I believe Roh, will move to mablethorpe, to a new surgery, but he will be back. The lady at reception, (possibly a manager (red hair) was fabulous, friendly and extremely helpful. First class. So so glad I found this surgery.

Could not be happier.. Broadway Dental Surgery and all of the staff I met are brilliant, they are all really helpful and nice! I am currently pregnant, I filled in forms to become an NHS patient, having not been to a dentist in around 6 years! Within a couple of weeks I received a call and an appointment was booked.. I had a check-up, then a scale and polish! They were very punctual and excellent at explaining what they were doing, also what I need to do! I have a follow-up appointment and intend to stay with this Surgery as I cannot fault the customer service!
