Great dentists. I have been using this practice for over 20 years. Always polite, very professional at all times. Would recommend to anyone.

I visited this practice for the first time yesterday. I thought that I would need to have a couple of fillings but after a thorough check up and x-rays, he said my teeth were good and just recommended an appointment with the dental hygienist. I felt that I was listened to and that he had a real interest in my oral hygiene rather than making more money.

Very professional dentist studio, put you at ease, explain options and treatment plans in detail. Lovely staff also, highly recommended. 5 stars.

My NHS dentist went private about 4 years ago and despite being on waiting lists for 6 dentists (2 since gone private) I had to find a private dentist when I got problems. Having reviewed all those in the area settled on Shakespeare House as great value for money. I attended for a emergency appointment last Friday and was met with a very welcoming supportive team . Unlike most dentists the waiting room was not covered with adverts for dental, schemes , insuranceand teeth whitening programmes but a calm relaxed atmosphere . Service was quick efficient and caring. . I had a sign up fee , 2 extractions, a tooth added to my plateand a scale and polish. This was far better value that others I looked at and will now use them as my regular dentist

Been using them for quite some time and have always had an Excellent service. After being in quite a lot of pain with a bad tooth recently they fitted me in straight away and went out of their way to make sure I was okay afterwards. Thankyou so much Would highly recommend to anybody ❤️

I broke my bridge with 4 missing teeth, leaving me devastated as u could imagine. Dr Yankov heard my plea and got me in within hours fixing my bridge temporarily, brilliant! 2 days later back in to fix a permanent solution. Amazing work, friendly staff and a great experience overall. Thank you so much

Nick is an excellent dentist, who is happy enough to answer any questions and provide an answer that is detailed and informative. He went out of his way to treat me on the same day when I was experiencing complications from wisdom teeth extraction out of hours. Clearly cares about what he does, and his patients. Rachel the hygienist is also a pleasure, super experienced, enthusiastic and thorough. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful.

I have used this dentist regularly for a very long time and have nothing but praise for all of the staff. They are always smiling and very helpful. Nic is the nicest dentist I have ever been to and is very very informative about what he is doing and how my mouth and teeth are doing too. I would not hesitate to recommend ! Pure dental practice are amazing very caring and understanding with my daughters always had a great service when visiting highly recommended.

I was referred to Pure Dental by my NHS dentist for a specialist root canal treatment (rear molar) which required the expertise of an endodontist. The work was done on a private basis by Dr Hendrikse and the experience could not have been better. He was kind, gentle and explained everything during the procedure. If you need this kind of work doing I can recommend Dr Hendrikse, he is very experienced and thorough. The practice itself is modern, clean, spacious and has good parking. Dr Hendrikse is the best dentist I have ever used.

Just been with my son to this orthodontists and I can honestly say how impressed I was. Receptionist had impeccable manners and the dentist was so reassuring, supportive and talked through every step he made to my son and what he predicts the future to look like. The care and attention to the user was…well, simply superb! I can see why so many people want to use this service if this wonderful treatment is commonplace. To all who work there, thank you for being exceptional at your jobs.

Had my braces on for around a year and 4 months, finally had them taken off today and Leanne and Loraine took perfect care of me and make sure they were off pain free and comfortably. Would recommend this branch all staff are so lovely.

Daughter had braces fitted here. All staff extremely friendly putting daughter at easy, and explaining the process at each stage. Always fitting in quick appointments for any issues, or advice over the phone if needed. Appointments always on time. Recommend.

I felt very nervous before my appointment. However …. Steffi was so genuinely warm and welcoming, that I felt immediately at ease. She impressed me as being very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. I have waited over 3 years to find someone who truly knows what they are doing; your face is too important for any mistakes to be made by a lesser qualified/experienced practitioner. The surroundings were lovely and also beautifully clean. I had a ‘cheek lift’ procedure and I could see the effects immediately. I thought Steffi looked wonderful herself and I enquired if she had enhanced her own lips, which were nicely full, but looked natural and nothing like the horrible ‘trout pouts’ you so often see. She told me she had. I was so impressed that I couldn’t wait to make an appointment to have my own done. I had intended to wait a while and take time considering any further treatment; but after seeing Steffi’s own results, I didn’t need to wait. I am looking forward to my own lip augmentation with confidence. I definitely recommend anyone who is wary or anxious about enhancing their own appearance to meet Steffi. I don’t give many reviews as most (so-called) professionals simply don’t measure up to their advertisements: but Steffi certainly did. Thankyou Steffi !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first visit today with Steffi - having recently just moved to the area - I had my usual botox and some filler - i had some mouth lines i was not happy with and my previous aesthetic practitioner had never got results for me - I am over the moon with the results Steffi has achieved for me and she has made me a very happy 66 year old! I am excited with the start of my new journey with Steffi - highly recommend her she is just fabulous

Absolutely went above and beyond Broke my dentures on holiday came back and rang ,in the same day old dentures repaired. And he made me a fantastic new set . I can't sing his praises enough now feel like smiling again . Fantastic service by a truly fantastic man .

I went to see Ash to repair my false teeth he said he was able to make me some replacement teeth which I agreed to , he made me a perfect set of upper partial dentures very professional and quickly made, perfect service.

Every time I have been to an appointment over the years Rachael has always explained perfectly what she’s going to do. wether it’s a check up clean / polish or a big procedure, which I had last week. I was quite nervous about it, but I had no need to worry Rachel has done a brilliant job (as always.) What a double act Rachel and Sarah are. Excellent service. Broken denture picked up at the promised time - 9 a.m. and delivered back before the promised time of 11 a.m. Workmanship excellent. Reasonable price. Good, professional technician. Highly recommend.

My wife snapped her bottom denture just a couple of days before we were due to go away on holiday. We are NHS patients and although NHS repair would have been free, the repair shop that do the NHS repairs was on holiday - would you believe - so were unable to repair this broken denture for a couple of weeks!!!! I rang PL Dental Laboratory in New Waltham Nr Grimsby to be told by the very pleasant, polite and helpful gentleman (Paul I believe) that they would be pleased to repair the denture. Appointment made, we turned up to be welcomed by Paul who explained the procedure and even suggested reinforcing the denture. Once the “job” was agreed he said “nip and get a coffee as the denture will be ready in about 1 hour”. One hour and a Costa coffee later, there the denture was, waiting, cleaned spotlessly and reinforced. My wife put em in and straight away said how comfortable they felt. For a charge of £45 - a happy wife - a happy holiday and great service. Thank you PL Dental for your caring service.

Broke my denture the day before travelling for our holiday. Rang up in the evening and fitted me in straight away the morning of our trip. Denture repair took 1.5hrs a swift service and a quality repair at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend P.L Dental and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Absolutely fantastic! Paul has helped with my poorly fitting denture over the last couple of months and has done a great job. He collected my broken denture on Easter Sunday! Took it away, fixed it and made it more solid, brought it back in a couple of hours and I am so pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who needs a denture fixing, a brilliant service all round.
