Had problem whilst visiting filey for afew days had car for afew hours to diagnose the problem unfortunately I didn't have much time left for them to have the car in another day to repair what I will say is they are a friendly garage and wouldn't hesitate to taking my car for repairs here in the future as we visit filet regularly 👌

My car went in for a routine service. Issues were identified that meant that more work and expensive parts were needed. I completely trusted their advice, that the cost was competitive and that my car would be kept running at its best. I never go anywhere else.

What can I say? The customer experience is unbelievable. The car was a death trap before the lads got hold of it. After attempts to fix my car by other garages, the lads gave the car a check over. They provided me with a full breakdown of what was required, advised me on the necessary repairs, and recommended future maintenance. The Mechanics Mike and Aron talked me through the entire process. After being told by another garage my car was unfixable for them and I had to go to a Peugeot specialist, Gollings and Johnstone was recommended by a family member and after taking it there they fixed the issue and the car is running perfect again. I took my van (with badly damaged drivers side wing mirror) into CARS and within 48 hours they had inspected the damage, ordered the necessary parts and completed the repair. They even managed to salvage parts from the damaged mirror casing to save a bit of money. Quick, smooth, honest and fairly priced - perfect all round! After getting an extortionate quote from my Mercedes dealer for a new car battery for my GLC, I enquired with these guys at ‘The Garage’ and got a far more sensible (lower) price.
